Perfect place to relax

Awesome weekend getaway

Saturday visit
My husband and I spent over 30 years on this lake and returned there to visit family. Megan‘s spot on the hill was charming and peaceful. It was beautifully decorated and renovated. We hated to leave and look forward to returning to this very special place .Megan was a terrific host! Megan made it perfect.

Great, relaxing stay
The cottage is adorable and perfect for my family of four. It was quiet and relaxing just what we needed before school started. The place had everything you could need and more. The lake was great for swimming and we enjoyed bonfires by the lake. Megan was great with communicating everything. We loved the stay! Five stars!!!

Perfect stay with my wife and 2 labs.
What a fantastic cottage. We stayed Monday - Saturday. Located back a private road the cottage had absolutely everything you would need to cook and live comfortably. There are neighbors close but the secluded neighborhood offers lots of privacy. The AC worked great in the main room then plenty of fans to circulate it around. Walk down the steps to the private waterfront area was amazing. The boat shed has a great front porch to relax out of the sun or there are several chairs around a fire pit. Lake was perfect and we swam with the dogs each day. Lake isn’t very deep it starts at a foot and once past the end of the dock is still only 3ft or so. You could swim out a ways and still be less then 6ft. Crystal clear water with plenty of wildlife. We will definitely bookmark this one and look to stay again in the future. The cottage is accurately described and met our needs perfectly. 5/5 for us.

You will be impressed!
To begin with I was impressed with Meagan the property manager. She was friendly, very informative, and extremely responsive when a question was submitted. The unit was very accommodating. Amenities were abundant as we lacked nothing that we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was very well equipped, and main house was nicely situated. This unit satisfied all of our needs.

We needed a home base for the weekend while attending a family wedding and the hotels in the area were less than desireable. This cottage, while a bit further from town than we expected, was perfect. Very relaxing atmosphere and the decor was cute. We loved ir!

The best rental we have every stayed at!
Wow! What a wonderful stay! This little cozy cottage was amazing. My 2 sisters and I arrived in the dark to a lit up warm and perfect place to stay for our 4 nights. The host had turned on all the lights, and even left us some yummy goodies to munch on. We have never been to a rental that had so much. Everything you would ever need was supplied. Great instructions in a book on how to work everything, and helpful things about area also. The sunroom was our happy place, as we spent hours in it looking out at the lake. Views were amazing! Loved the games in the cottage, and how cozy the place is decorated. Host was so friendly, and communicated several times, once just to check on us to see if we were warm enough, as the temps had dropped. I highly recommend this little gem of a place to stay on Long Lake! I wish all of the rentals I stay in were managed by this host, she is the best!!

The Perfect Host!
Meagan has all of the right skills to be a perfect vacation host! Detailed, organized and thoughtful beyond belief! She left a lovely note regarding my recently departed dog and some local goodies! She was immediate to respond and even checked in during my stay to make sure all was well. Great lake property and some nice neighbors. Thanks Meagan for all you did to make my stay perfect!

Perfect Aesthetic
Our weekend stay could not have been better. We loved the location, the cozy house with all of its furnishings and decorations. Meagan is thoughtful, helpful and dedicated to making sure her visitors are comfortable and happy. Everything we needed was supplied for our cooking needs and we cooked several things. Even the beds and pillows were superb! We used the kayaks and fished in the awesome, clean lake and the water was refreshing. We saw beautiful wildlife ( fish , turtles on land and in the water, deer, mongoose, a baby raccoon, swans, blue heron and other birds) and listened to a great collection of vinyls in the cottage. We were four adults on a long weekend get away and would absolutely go there again!! Loved it!

Perfect for our needs
Three adults in town for a conference. This was one of the best stocked homes I have been in. In addition the hostess took time to pick us up some apples from the local orchard because we had no time to enjoy an outing. Would stay again during our next conference.

The cabin was very clean and extremely appointed, very pleased how appointed it was and how accommodating the host was. We’re planning more trips to the area and will be excited to stay here again Beautiful area. Large, clean and accessible lakefront with access. ~15 min from Greenville which is lovely for a mid-sized town.

Great Getaway
We had a great long weekend here with our dogs! We spent our days adventuring on nearby trails, swimming in the lake, and drinking in the sun. We were able to make dinner in the fully supplied kitchen, and had bonfires by the lake at night! Meagan was so nice with all her details about the property before we got there and even left goodies for the pups on our arrival.
