“This property overall is excellent pool area and amenities are very nice. We have requested a unit on the second floor, but received one on the third floor. In addition the unit was to have a queen size bed and I’m quite sure it was really a double which made it a little uncomfortable for a couple. The unit also did not have a hairdryer and when I tried to report it, the communication was very poor and I never received a hairdryer.”

“The property was perfect. The house was so clean (even the baseboards) and incredibly well-stocked. Linens were clean and we had plenty for a group of 20. We loved our stay and would definitely return. The host sent all info as needed for check in and house details. “The house was fabulous and the hosts were gracious in their amenities. Only issue was the rental management company, Breezy, required a second deposit and my drivers license. This created an unequal balance of safety and protection. The rental company had all the protections they requested but I had none. Not cool to require images shared of drivers license and yet another deposit. ”

“This property has a few problems that could easily be fixed. The biggest is that two of the showers don’t have hot enough water - it was only lukewarm. The host was very responsive but if the maintenance man ever came, we didn’t see him, and the water problem never got fixed. Also, the house needs a luggage rack or dresser. Better curtains would help as well. ”

“The 5 of us had an enjoyable stay. We had planned on 7, but 2 had to cancel. Even with the 7 there would be more than enough space. The house overall is in good shape, though the bedrooms are an odd configuration. Plus, between skylights and windows it's impossible to block out light. The kitchen is nice, but is somewhat limited in furnishings. We never found a toaster, and not many pots and pans if cooking for a large group. As only 5 we mostly ate out. It does have a really nice large grill...

“The house was very spacious and everyone in our group was relaxed and comfortable. The house was well equipped for river fun, just wish the water had been a little higher. This property is very kid friendly which was super helpful! The kitchen could use a few more pots/pans and the grill could be a little bigger for a big group like ours.
