Beautiful rental! This unit is so comfortable. It's very homey, tastefully decorated, great mattress in the master bedroom, and nice linens. The bathroom drawers are large and great for organizing all of your personal belongings. The kitchen is stocked as advertised as far as cookware and small appliances go. The garage is really nice. The only complaint (and I'm not decreasing my rating) is the lack of lawn chairs. There's such a nice backyard and not a single lawn chair to go out and get some sun! There is a picnic table and a wooden swing...but those aren't comfy for sun-bathing. I would definitely stay again!

Fenton Stay

Was a nice stay that served it's purpose. It was mostly quiet and safe. Issues of concern: 1. We had clean all utensils, glasses, bowls, etc. before using.2. Towels were dingy and stained.3. Dust bunnies evident. Lack of sweeping under furniture.4. Other residents were smoking marijuana directly outside our windows on back patio. We asked them to go somewhere else, which they did.Would we stay there again? Probably.Chad communicated well and responded quickly to inquiries. Overall things were good.

Ok for short stay!

One bathroom, no dishwasher and no cable on TV were drawbacks for us. Otherwise, it is great!

Great rental for an extended stay

We stayeed in the area for amonth for work and Chad's rental was perfect for us. We will definitely book here again in the future

Excellent Rental Property and Great Location

First off, a huge thank you to Chad for being flexible with me since our original date conflicted with a family emergency. The apartment was extremely comfortable and clean. The on site laundry was convenient for retiring home with clean clothes. We did not use the hot tub on site but it was a nice feature to have. There was plenty of parking and nice outdoor area to relax and eat ice cream at the end of the night. Our family of 4 had plenty of space inside of the suite during our stay. They were very happy how comfortable the beds were and played in the arcade every now and then. We visited the local Ice Cream spot and had lunch at the Fenton Wine and Brewery. Location became extremely convenient for being in a small town area. Thank you keeping up such a beautiful property!

Everything We Needed and More!

I traveled with my husband, adult son and dogs. We are originally from the area and know it well. Fenton is an awesome city with great restaurants and lakes. We were not here to “vacation “ but rather hang out with our daughter. However, if seeking a vacation, there is a small public beach about two miles away in Fenton Twsp Hall area. We had two bedrooms with comfortable beds and fresh bedding. This property was clean and fresh with just about everything brand new. I did laundry in the basement often while using brand new washer and dryer. I also used the peloton bike and my son used it and other exercise equipment. The communication was top notch and the yard was perfect for the dogs! For someone wanting more space than a hotel, and with similar amenities, book this property! It’s 2-3 times bigger than a hotel and has a full kitchen with everything you need plus a yard! We will be back! I forgot to mention the Fenton Wine and Brewery is across the street and we ate and drank there twice. Again… very convenient. Thank you to the owner and property manager! I have a VRBO and understand what it takes to meet the customer’s needs. They did it so well!
