No instructios for appliances fancy showers that were difficult to operate. Windows need cleaning. Job to see the sunrise! The booking process was awful, leaving me in tears. Taking payment before advising that photo identity was required. Despite all this we had a very pleasant stay but unlikely to repeat the experience.

Fabulous few days
Lovely flat. Great facilities. Although a couple of missed kitchen items... but we managed absolutely fine. Could do with mirrors in bedrooms, also bathroom bins. All minor issues that didnt detract from our stay.

Excellent location.
Overall very impressed and would stay again. Let down slightly by the cleanliness. The oven and trays had not been cleaned, and the floor definitely needed a mop. The mattresses need replacing. You can feel and hear the springs when you move. The outside and communal areas not the best either.

Disappointed
On arrival at the property it was not very clean. The windows were dirty and the frames and sills covered in cobwebs which had clearly been there for some time as were full of dead insects. There was food debris on the dinner plates and the cutlery and glasses were smeared. On opening the pan drawer most of the pans were rusted and unusable. The drawer bottoms were unclean. The table mats and coasters were stuck together with grease/food debris and had to be soaked to separate them. One of the bay windows does not close properly creating a security risk. There was no plug in the kitchen sink. The inventory indicated there would be tea, coffee, milk, dishwasher and laundry tabs and a hair dryer, there were none of these. The en suite door only closes to half way. The taps on both showers were so stiff it took 2 hans and a towel to turn on/off. This was reported to the management team soon after arrival and we were told the housekeeping and maintenance team would come on the 23/7/24, we waited in all day, no one came. We stayed in this apartment in August 2023 and were very satisfied with it hence we booked it again. It was not as it had been last year. Obviously we were disappointed, especially that no one came to rectify any of these issues. We had to clean the kitchen area and wash all the crockery, cutlery and glasses. We were limited when cooking due to the lack of useable pans. I have photos of the above issues which I am happy to provide. I await your response.

This is a beautiful property in a very desirable location, right across from the beach. Very spacious, clean, and modern. It's a wonderful value. The communication from management could be better. Upon arrival, we discovered that the bath in the property was not working properly. It took management two days to respond and fix the issue. Other than that, the stay was great.

Fantastic accommodation perfect Location
Flat 2 Sea Road Felixstowe was the perfect location and so so clean and looked after very modern 2 bedroom flat one bedroom had an en suite and there was a large bathroom as well very spacious living dining full kitchen all bed sheets and towels were supplied . perfect ground floor and easy parking right out side , overlooking the sea and a fantastic promenade we walked every day and also went up to Great Yarmouth and into Ipswich we stayed Monday to Friday and it is great value for money it would have cost us another £300 if we had stayed in a hotel and that would have been just one room so if any couple or couples are looking for a beautiful home from home stay in Felixstowe right on the beach then this is the one to book we carnt waite untill next year to book again. All communications were first class and nothing is to much trouble for our hosts 5Star
