Apartamento situado en primera línea del mar con fantàsticas vistas sobre la playa de Cala Marsal . El. Apartamento consta de dos habitaciones dobles, con dos camas individuales cada una de ellas, baño con bañera, salon comedor con cocina, terraza con unas vistas a la cala impresionantes. Se accede directamente a la playa desde unas escaleras del inmueble. A escasos metros disponen de un supermercado y varios restaurantes y bares. Porto Colom está ubicado en el sud este de Mallorca. Durante el siglo XX fue un puerto de pesca, un edificio que lo simboliza es la Lonja. Porto Colom es uno de los pocos puertos naturales de la isla deMallorca.

Vivienda en primera línea de playa y bien acondicionada
La recepción fue cuando nosotras llegamos a la cala, lo que fue estupendo. La casa estaba limpia y había ropa de cama y toallas para las 5. El aire acondicionado enfriaba la casa enseguida. Lo único es que no había aparcamiento propio ni wifi, pero por lo demás estupendo.

Cosy Apartment With a Great Terrace
Very good apartment in an excellent location for Cala Marcal & Porto Colom. The beach is right on your doorstep and Porto Colom is a pleasant stroll away. The apartment is cosy and had everything we needed and Maria was always very helpful and timely with responses to our queries and questions. We had a lovely week at Cala Marcal

Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet, neues Bad und mit einem tollen Blick auf den Strand vom Balkon. Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur die Treppe runter und man steht direkt am Strand. Zu Fuß sind Restaurants, Shops oder der Hafen leicht zu erreichen. Klare Weiterempfehlung! Wir haben zu viert in gewohatten genug Platz. Klare Weiterempfehlung

Super Ausblick und direkt am Strand
Schönes kleines Apartment mit schönem renoviertem Bad und sonst einfacher Ausstattung. Der Strand und Lokale in der Umgebung sind wirklich super. Insbesondere das Organic Restaurant im selben Haus hat genial gutes Essen. Die Lautstärke der Lokale war jetzt in der Vorsaison für uns ganz OK. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass in der Hauptsaison und wenn mehr Gruppen zum Feiern hier sind, man nicht zu Lärmempfindlich sein sollte. Trotzdem ist die Unterkunft unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen.

Modernes Appartement mit super Aussicht auf den Strand
Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, sehr schöne Lage, gute Matratzen. Doppelbetten können bei Bewegung auseinanderrutschen; also bitte zusammenbinden. Neue Pfanne und und Kaffeefilter wären nützlich. Parken auf der Straße kann bei Andrang zm Strand schwierig werden.

Nice location and a good view
Overall a very good location with nice restaurants and a very good beach access. The flat is well represented in the picture, the kitchen is fairly small and mostly adequate for small preparation. The kitchen ustensiles as such would benefit from being refreshed for some of them. Otherwise the bathroom is really clean and new, and the bed rooms are functional.

Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage und einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Der Strand ist vor der Tür. Maria ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und es war alles vorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage braucht.

Amazing place right on the beach
Amazing place right on the beach, nice view, clean, and most importantly, the host is amazing! We were greeted in person and given many good tips in exploring the neighborhood. The restaurant downstairs (Bio) is very good too. We are looking forward to visit again!

A wonderful week on the sea !
Lovely view of the sea, as the apartment sits right above Cala Marçal. Apartment was comfortable and worked well for my husband, (son) and I. Loved the big terrace. Below there a lot going on with restaurants but the chatter was no problem and they played good music (we work in music business and the music was very tasty coking from restaurants) . We ate all restaurants around the apartment (except missed the one across street because it was so full with locals). However our favorite dinners were right across the sand, barefoot on beaches. More pricey than I hoped but delicious and the service and food were fabulous! Maria was excellent at communicating and no problem with the apartment. The only issue we had was our time (a week) felt too short to fully immerse into beach vibe but also explore some of the island. We enjoyed it all!

Cosy, perfect stay at Maria's apartment
Maria was very patient since we had a little delay with the scooter from the airport to her property. She was very very kind, offered us a beer on arrival and explained everything we needed to know for the area around her place. It is a very cosy and clean apartment, and the bathroom was completely renewed, which isn't on the pictures yet, a really wonderful suprise! We were a little worried because of the wind and no sun in the afternoon on the terrace, but the mornings were so sunny and great on the terrace and afterwards you have sun all day on the beach! There are a few restaurants around that are walking distance, a few little shops and by car or by scooter you can get anywhere very easily, also for parking (we stayed in April). We would definitely recommend the stay as a couple or with kids, it has everything you need for a wonderful holiday! A big thanks again to Maria, it's a real pleasure to have met her!

Beste Lage
Vom Appartment und dem Balkon hat man einen traumhaften Blick über die Bucht von Cala Marcal. Am Strand ist man in 1 Minute. Das Appartement ist kompakt, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Die Beschreibung war sehr akkurat. Die Kochstelle hat zwei Platten, d.h. hier ist man etwas limitiert. Internet ist sehr gut (ca 25mbit). Maria ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin!

Top Lage,gemütliches Apartment
Alles top,wir kommen gerne wieder. (Geschirr könnte nochmal aufgestockt werden,das war etwas knapp.)Maria ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und hätte sich sicher darum gekümmert,für unseren Aufenthalt war es aber nicht so wichtig. Perfect in every way.
So from the moment we walked into the apartment we were wowed with the views. Maria is a very friendly lady who can’t do enough for you. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you need and was very clean. The beds are comfortable and even tho we didn’t use the tv there are plenty of good channels. The apartment is situated over one of the several restaurants on the small strip overlooking the beach and sea. It’s so relaxing sitting watching the world go by on the balcony and listening to the music. The food smells occasionally waft up and tempt you down the the amazing choices. The beach has lots of beds at 14 euros a day and a free lock box. The sea is like a pond and you can walk out quiet a way while being watched over by the lifeguards. There are beach toys to hire including jet skis. We tried all the restaurants and bars and couldn’t fault any of them. There’s a shop opposite and a couple of beach shops also a ten minute walk to a large supermarket. We felt at home straight away and never had anything to worry or moan about. Nighttime the sound is muffled by the windows and patio door and didn’t disturb us at all. Everyone was extremely friendly and we cannot wait to come back again and to recommend Maria’s apartment to our family and friends. Thank you for a superb stay.

Super emplacement!
Emplacement idéal avec les enfants. Un peu de musique le soir dans les restaurants alors il faut éviter de se coucher trop tôt. Maria est très réactive et disponible. L’appartement est très lumineux avec une vue magnifique!

Schöner Blick
Maria ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und reagiert auf Anfragen prompt, sehr nett! Wir waren etwas überrascht das wir gar keine Sonne hatten, beste Nordlage. Da es, trotz Sonne, im Schatten zu kalt für den Balkon war. Im Sommer sicher kein Problem. Der Ort war quasi unbewohnt, aber das Lokal unter uns entschied sich während unsere Urlaubswoche das Lokal wieder zu eröffnen. Er warb mit lauter Musik den ganzen Tag um Gäste. Das ist auf der einen Seite natürlich zu verstehen, war aber etwas nervig. (Die Musik war zum Glück okay).
