Great place close to UofA!
We stayed here to move our daughter in at UofA. It was very nice and super clean. They were very easy to work with and even let us check in an hour early so we could relax before heading to campus to unload the cars. Would definitely stay again!!

Amazing Arkansas Home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. We were there for work, and we enjoyed our evenings relaxing in this well-equipped and very clean home. The location was perfect! Only suggestion would be to have a barbecue in the backyard! Thank you for your hospitality!

Clean and well appointed house
This house was super clean and had everything we could have wanted! Our family of five really enjoyed the house layout and we were all very comfortable! As noted by others if you have a large suv it will not fit in the garage although parking right outside front door was perfect. We also walked to a great place to eat just a few minutes away. Would definitely this house!

The Hog house is our favorite place to stay. It is close to the university and big enough for everyone to have their own space! The house has all the things you might need for a late night snack and breakfast in the AM... just bring your food!

Quick trip
This house was well thought out & comfortable, spacious for our family & in a great location. The only thing we were not expecting was the tight parking in the garage. We have a Highlander & it was tricky getting in the garage. If you have a suburban, probably impossible. There is one spot to park in the street but we needed that for another car. But if this is not an issue for you, wonderful place to stay!

Amazing Property!
The home feels new, is wonderfully furnished, roomy, clean and comfortable. We have stayed in dozens of short-term rental properties and it’s at the top of our list. We’d definitely stay there again. Two things to consider are that all the bedrooms are upstairs which wasn’t an issue for us but could be for others and to park in the garage parking you better have a smaller vehicle. It’s a narrow driveway and it’s a very sharp turn to enter the garage. We couldn’t make it work in our mid-size SUV. Ultimately, we still loved the property and would definitely recommend.

Brand new!
Excellent communication from the moment we booked through to the moment we checked out. Fantastic property, very new build. Made a few suggestions about things that could be useful (like a towel rack in the bathrooms) and the property manager was quick to respond that they would act on that quickly. Really fantastic location if you're trying to get to University of Arkansas, like we were. Would stay there again for sure.

Very Comfortable Home
The location given was easy to find even late at night. It’s an easy entrance into the home and well lit. There is a garage but our truck would not fit. The location is great, very close to UA and Dickson Street. The home is so comfortable, clean and plenty of room to to hang out, watch TV, or play games upstairs. The beds are very comfortable and the entire home is well stocked. Our host was very responsive and polite. We loved our stay and will book it again.

Great location with modern living
Stayed for 2 nights here with our adult children. Location was a 10-15 min walk to downtown and nearby coffee cafes and restaurants. House had plenty of space for us and each bedroom had a TV as well as the family room. Lots of games available as well as a classic arcade games. Kitchen well stocked with kitchen gadgets needed for cooking . Garage will fit a midsize sedan suggest the street parking if you have a large SUV. Definitely a win !

Mom’s day visit
Great house and location. We had a little trouble with the house code when we arrived but finally got in. The garbage disposal tripped some how even after we flipped the breaker it wouldn’t turn on. Textex Property mgrmt and they were out to fix it with in the hour. We’ll definitely check this rental for another future visit.

Initiation Weeken
I came in town to attend my son’s initiation into his fraternity, Which happens to also be my fraternity. I’ve brought a few pledge brothers from back in the day. We had a great time. The convenient location was awesome for visiting the house and the restaurants. The size of the house is very comfortable and spacious.
