Arte Estudio de lujo lleno de vistas de muerte! planta ático del edificio más alto de la calle Dickson. A poca distancia de tiendas, Walton Art Center, UofA, salir por la noche, la plaza, restaurantes y bares. Wifi de alta velocidad, TV por cable, edificio seguro, de espuma de memoria cama tempurpedic. Cocina completa con utensilios de cocina, cafetera Keurig equipada con café y té, lavadora y secadora. Listado incluye una plaza de aparcamiento justo detrás de condominio. Bueno para parejas, aventureros en solitario, y viajeros de negocios.

Cuando entras en la unidad, la primera cosa que se nota es la ventanas de piso a techo a lo largo de toda la pared este. Desde la habitación o el balcón, se obtiene una vista de pájaro de la calle Dickson, Mount Sequoyah y las montañas de Boston. El condominio está lleno de pinturas, grabados y esculturas de artistas locales y nacionales. También hay para bar antiguos para crear el cóctel perfecto. Location, location!
Condo was beautiful, easy to access, and in the most perfect location for a Family Weekend visit! Right in the heart of Dickson action and walkable to campus. You can hear the students and families having fun below but the recommendation of ear plugs was helpful… hard not to be in the heart of it all and not hear it:).

Everything you need and then some! Great view of Dickson St from the balcony. Very secure. Donna, owner, was very responsive when we had issue with someone parked in our reserved parking spot. Thank you for sharing your amazing property. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Beautiful condo in the heart of the restaurant/bar/entertainment district of Fayetteville. Every possible thing you might need, it has! Great communication, clean, safe...super easy! We parked on Friday and didn't need our car until we left on Sunday. You can walk EVERYWHERE! It was a perfect weekend on the Hill! Highly recommend this property!

Great Find!!
Pictures do not do this property justice! It's even better in person! Super clean, well equipped, and beautifully decorated this condo is amazing. I simply cannot say enough. There was some confusion at our arrival but we contacted the owner who stayed on the phone with us to find the parking spot, get the keys, and all the way to the front door of the ninth floor! She was so incredibly helpful. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in March and went hiking at Devil's Den. Many bars and restaurants to enjoy within walking distance of the condo. My only suggestion for improvement is to add hooks for coats and towels.

Sigma Chi Mom’s Weekend
My husband and I absolutely loved staying here for Sigma Chi Mom’s weekend! The penthouse studio has wonderful views, is decorated beautifully, and was the perfect size for the two of us! Donna was great to get in touch with information and tips prior to our arrival and provided a cell phone number in the event we needed anything during our stay. I loved the location right on Dickson with easy access to restaurants, bars and, of course, the Sigma Chi house! Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again and again!

I just adore a penthouse view
Great location for food, fun and so close to campus. This studio "penthouse" is so beautiful and has everything you could possibly need including a secure parking space and one of the best views of Dickson street. The train does serve as an early morning alarm clock on most days and the blinds could be a bit thicker if you want to sleep in but it forced us to get up and get going! The management was wonderful--Donna was so helpful with every request. We will definitely be back!

Had a great stay. Love the location on Dickson. Make sure you you bring a sleep mask because it’s very bright and the blinds don’t block out the light. Otherwise great!
