Lovely Property With Great Location
The house has been updated beautifully. The location is central to all activities related to the University and events on the Square. Paige is a great hostess and responsive to questions or requests. Would love to stay here again.

Amazing stay on Mt, Sequoyah!
We had the best time at the property and didn’t want to leave! The location and proximity to downtown was perfect, and we really enjoyed using the sauna and the beautiful deck. The house furnishings are beautiful but cozy. We would return in a heartbeat!

Perfect property for a quick weekend getaway to see college kids and watch some Razorback football. It was clean and in a beautiful location that’s close to town. We’ll be back!

Mountain top retreat
Beautiful bungalow in a nice neighborhood. I walked to the downtown square which was about a mile. Be warned it’s a steep walk back but a great climb if you want to burn some calories. This was our first VRBO experience and it was great

Fun on the mountain
Great spaces with beautiful views. Sunsets, walking and it snowed last morning, great place to enjoy outdoors. Paige was very responsive to questions we had about home.

FABULOUS home!
This is one amazing home. So close to campus, but feels like you are far away in a beautiful woods. The home was well appointed. The layout was so great, especially when sharing any bathrooms. Beds were comfortable, linens very nice. This place is also SUPER clean and updated. This was graduation weekend, but I wish I had found this sooner! Highly recommend. Cannot say enough great things about it! Clean, open floor plan. I just wish it had not rained so we could have enjoyed the patio.

Perfect Fayetteville Stay
We loved our stay. The home was beautifully updated. We felt like we were staying in a treehouse! It was convenient to all of the fun Fayetteville activities and a perfect place to relax for the weekend with our Razorback. Highly recommend!

Perfect for our family at Thanksgiving!
We love this bungalow on Mt. Sequoyah!! It’s exactly perfect for our family (4 adults and a 2 year old) and right beside our son’s home so super convenient! Paige is so easy to communicate with and we love the high end feel of the whole place! Very clean, quiet, and close to everything you want to get to in Fayetteville!! They thoughtfully provide everything you need to make your stay very comfortable! Highly recommend!! We will be back for sure!!

Modern mountain retreat
Stayed here for a UARK football game with another couple- room to gather and entertain. Great amenities: sauna, comfortable beds, new towels, and working grill. Very clean, close to campus, and would stay again.

Charming house for a getaway
This house is located atop a beautiful mountain in a small eclectic neighborhood. The check in process was very easy and the house was very clean. The owners were easy to work with and very good at communicating. I recommend this house.

Really wonderful!
Paige is a fantastic host! The house is really nicely updated with a spacious open concept kitchen and living area. The area is fantastic, we had our dog with us and there is a perfect circle around the neighborhood to walk. It's located in a heavily wooded area around the home so if you like to see wildlife get ready, there are deer literally out the front door. We also enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the evening under the patio lights. Everything was very clean and really nice, we'll definitely be back again.

GREAT FAMILY GETAWAY!!
This is a beautiful property nestled atop Mt. Sequoyah in Fayetteville and conveniently located super close to my son’s home (he’s right behind it!). We enjoyed a great visit with our adult kids, their friends (our “surrogate” kids) and our cute grandson! For anyone concerned with mobility issues like me, the entire first floor including top deck level was easily navigated and had everything I needed without having to deal with stairs! The rest of the family had plenty of room and really enjoyed the property - especially the deck and sauna! You feel like you’re in a treehouse (upscale, of course!) with the beautiful canopy of trees outside the panoramic windows! It’s very convenient to lots of fun Fayetteville things to do and not too far from the airport. We had very quick, efficient and courteous communication from the property manager and were very pleased with our stay. As we were leaving this morning, my husband pointed back at the house and said, “You did a great job in picking this place!” We will definitely want to rent this home again!!

Graduation weekend
This VRBO was perfect for graduation weekend, and Paige was amazing! So responsive when I emailed with questions and when we arrived there were beautifully decorated graduation cookies from Rick’s Bakery for our son…such a thoughtful gesture! We had a great weekend and this VRBO is such a nice place to stay! Clean and pristine, lots of room, super deck and yard! Couldn’t have been better! Thanks, Paige for helping make graduation weekend so good for our family!!
