“This place was perfect! West Sedona so quiet residential neighborhood, but close enough to all the activities. Walking distance to sugar loaf trailhead. The beds were soooo comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need to cook a meal. Also got to see some night time visitors. Javelinas! They travel in a pack and popped by to check us out while foraging for their supper. Jeremy is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!”

“A clean little loft house away from downtown. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a couple trail heads with a half mile walk of the house. We made breakfast each morning in the small but comfortable kitchen. Then we were out for the day. At night, we walked down to the trails to get out in the real dark for sunset and to view the stars. So cool. Great communication with the owner. We recommend this house.”

My wife kept saying she's never been to a vacation rental where the owners thought of everything. The location is perfect for us as we avoid the downtown (I think they call it uptown) area of Sedona since it's always too crowded. This area of Sedona has everything we need, minus the crowds and traffic in downtown...
