¡NUEVA TINA CALIENTE INSTALADA PARA 2014!
Cuando ingrese a la entrada privada del Cedar Lodge, se sentirá inspirado por los susurros del murmullo del arroyo que atraviesa la propiedad. Esta casa de cuatro dormitorios y dos baños con dos salas de estar separadas está magníficamente decorada con un tema rústico. Al entrar en la casa, se encuentra con una enorme chimenea decorativa de dos lados rodeada de hermosa piedra. La cocina moderna totalmente equipada con comedor está forrada con ventanas de piso a techo que seguramente le permitirán echar un vistazo a la vida silvestre del área al comenzar su día en el Cedar Lodge. Las amplias salas de estar con pisos de madera son los lugares perfectos para tomar un libro, ver su programa de televisión favorito o simplemente relajarse con la familia. El primer piso también ofrece un dormitorio, baño, área de lavandería y barra de piedra. El nivel superior de la casa está acentuado con hermosos pisos de madera dura con tres dormitorios y un baño completo. La piedra natural y el interior de madera rústica en toda la casa seguramente tranquilizarán su cuerpo y mente. Después de un día lleno de aventuras en Ohiopyle, ¡el patio trasero es el lugar perfecto para que su grupo se relaje! White water rafting trip.
Outstanding trip, enjoyed caverns, whitewater rafting, Fallingwater and nature. House was well equipped, clean and a perfect place to eat and rest between activities. Hot tub added to the relaxing time with friends and family. Also there is a great park that we enjoyed for disc golf and pickleball. Cedar lodge made a perfect home away from home.

An oasis in the Pennsylvania woods
Our family enjoyed our ten day stay at Cedar Lodge. The house is nestled in the woods with beautiful and ample yard space. Our grandchildren eenjoyed running around outside and climbing down to the creek. OVR promptly handled two calls that needed attention. They were very nice to work with.

Great stay!
We had a great time at Cedar Lodge. The yard, firepit, and creek were perfect for playing and relaxing. The house was cute and convenient to all activities we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Family weekend get away with adult children
The house was really nice the yard was even better. The location worked well for us. Cornhole was provided and a nice fire pit set right next to a creek with a little waterfall. The hot tub was used and it was nice that it was on a covered back deck with a picnic table which we used for every meal. The only negative is the beds were really really uncomfortable. Other than that though this day was great

Nice but needs a lot of repair
Beds had dead bugs under sheets. Back porch was dirty and chairs were falling apart. Charcoal grill bottom had a huge hole in it. Both toilets rocked when you used them. Outdoor space was flat and nice by a stream.

Memorial Day / 10 year anniversary getaway
We loved this beautiful lodge that had something for everyone. We were able to relax and play in the creek everyday and was surprisingly warm for this time of year. Our dogs loved their long walks in the big yard. Everyone found a comfortable bed and slept well. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Very Cute
It’s a very cute home that I would stay at again! I loved that they had all the supplies we needed for our stay there. You can easily access youtube, Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, etc on the TV. The bedroom downstairs gets very cold at night but has a space heater if you would need it. The upstairs bedrooms remained warm overnight. There are a few windows that do not lock at all which, as a group of all females/children, was a little concerning. It is also almost impossible to make phone calls in that area so be aware of that prior. Wish I could live there full time though! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Girls Weekend
This cozy cabin was the perfect setting for our girls trip. There was plenty of space and beds for everyone and the hot tub was perfect! It was rather chilly when we stayed, and the space heater in the downstairs bedroom was not working-- we ended up needing a few extra layers for bed. Also the dining room table had a leg that was originally crooked and ended up buckling and breaking more severely during our stay. I'm sure those things will get fixed promptly thought as the host was easy to communicate with and provide an incredibly clean space.

Nice location, almost perfect
Pros: Location is convenient for hiking in Ohiopyle. The property/land is beautiful and great for animals/kids to run around. The house was very clean and warm but there were some issues. Hot tub was working properly and was awesome, as well as air hockey table. Cons: Lots of provisions that were almost perfect: Soap provided but no sponges, coffee grinds but no filters, charcoal but no lighters/fluid to start it. Had to get creative before doing a store run the next day. While wiping down the dinner table one of the legs came off and after inspection saw it'd been glued crudely so we knew it's been an issue. On 2nd night the electric fireplace stopped working but didn't see any popped circuit breakers. Downstairs sink and shower were slow draining and we pulled out a large bundle of hair to clear the sink. These issues I can handle but main issue that concerned me was the exhaust pipe for the water boiler had an adjustable airflow duct, so exhaust fumes could directly seep into the house. I wasn't too concerned until I checked the carbon monoxide sensors to realize the closest one and 3 others had dead+removed batteries. I gave a call to confirm with management, who was efficient and respectful, to have batteries delivered next day, however no one showed up. Also killed a live wasp inside and found dead ones in the corners. It was still an enjoyable trip but won't come back with family, think it's better suited for a college group trip with the amount of space there is.

We had 7 people stay and get ready for a wedding at Fernstone. Plenary of room Perfect for our dogs too. Great hot tub! Got a nice walk in Saturday morning on side road.

Great house
The lodge was clean and had plenty of room for the 11 of us. There were plenty of towels and bed linens, a kitchen with all the untensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. It had a large yard where we set up cornhole and badminton set. There were 2 firepits and a nice brook running through the property. The hot tub was a huge hit! There are no other houses in sight but it is on a road that does have a fair amount of traffic. It was not enough to ruin our trip though. The management was wonderful and very responsive. We would book this lodge again.

40th birthday all girls trip
We hiked Ohiopyle State Park and grabbed coffee from some of the cutest shops!! We spent our days exploring and the nights in the hot tub or watching movies. You cant see neighbors and its so peacful with the running stream on the property. If we visit the are again we will definetly stay here again!! Great rental and location!

Great Weekend Getaway
House was exactly as described, cozy, warm, and inviting. Lots of room in the house for everyone. Lots of outdoor things…firepit, hottub, large yard. 10-15 minute drive to get food. House is updated and well kept.

This was a great place to stay with my women's group. Plenty of space for all of us. The only issue and reason I gave it 4 stars is because we were there in January and downstairs can get very cold even with the heat. Lots of window but fireplace was not a working fireplace. Overall great place to stay.

Great Christmas Stay. Santa Came!
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this property for Christmas with our children and grandchildren. There were 9 of us. The house was decorated beautifully for the holidays, with a shining tree in the front windows to greet us. There is a huge great room with rustic wood beams and plenty of seating for a family. Us grandparents loved the small sitting area next to the kitchen to get away from the noise, but still feeling like a part of the action. We were there during a very rare cold snap and storm that went through. We got some snow for Christmas, but it was bitter cold (like minus 11). This caused some pipe freezing. I must say, the management team dispatched maintenence in the middle of the night to make sure we had water. Our kudos to Adam for taking such good care of us - to note, this meant bringing us water at 4am in the morning no less. My husband could have not taken care of us better than Adam did. The kids - ages 7, 4 and 2 - enjoyed playing in the snow despite the cold - and my husband was able to walk down and check out the stream - which would be perfect for water play in the summer. Our 2 dogs, Shelties, also loved the large expanse of lawn and the freedom they so rarely get to run. For families bringing small children, the upstairs back bedroom with 3 queen beds made a perfect spot for sleeping. It was isolated enough that the adults didn't wake them when playing board games at the large dining room table - and boy did we laugh and make noise (if anyone played Pictionary before, they can guess how much we laughed). I can only imagine how wonderful it would be to stay here in the summer with the large deck, hot tub, and outdoor sitting areas and fire pit. This is a great place for families as the home is well loved and rustic - so no worries about breaking something or small spills.

Great place!
This was our 2nd time booking this house, we absolutely love it there and we’re happy to see some updates they have made to the house to make it even better! The house was decorated for Christmas which added such a warm and cozy feel. Def recommend and we will be back!
