Welton Woods es un amplio hotel diseñado para brindar servicios de lujo al aire libre.

Es el lugar perfecto para reuniones familiares, vacaciones, capacitación laboral y seminarios. El Lodge está situado en una ladera rústica sobre la ciudad de Fairview en Utah.

Este lugar realmente es un hallazgo. Welton Woods tiene más de 10,000 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, y estamos encantados de compartirlo. La propiedad ofrece la oportunidad única de acomodar a un número significativo de personas bajo un mismo techo en el mismo lugar. Es lo suficientemente cerca de la ciudad para obtener lo que necesita, pero lo suficientemente aislado para ofrecerle la facilidad de aislamiento.

Los arreglos para dormir se hacen fácilmente ya que el albergue tiene capacidad para 50 personas en camas. Ocho habitaciones cuentan con camas tamaño king y dos habitaciones con literas para 15 cada una (para un total de 30 camas individuales).

-Un área de sala de juegos con una increíble mesa de billar importada y ping pong. Ubicada en el piso inferior, la sala de juegos está separada de las habitaciones, lo que facilita el entretenimiento de la casa sin interferir con el espacio vital.

-Un jacuzzi y sauna, ¿a quién no le gusta eso? Ya sea para mantenerte tostado durante los meses más fríos o relajado durante los más cálidos, es bueno tener un lugar para escabullirse.

-Un enorme porche envolvente que domina los árboles y el paisaje de abajo. Esta cubierto. Tiene capacidad para más de 20 personas. El porche proporciona un lugar ideal para cenar o disfrutar de la compañía de los demás.

Tenemos fotos del Lodge, pero, honestamente, casi no le hacen justicia al lugar. Tiene una calidad increíble que lo hace sentir cómodo a pesar de su enorme tamaño.

We had an unexpectedly great time, it’s always great to reconnect with family… that said, this venue was a game changer. We all had plenty of space while being able to be together often. Everyone, all 24 of us. Had an unforgettable time and we are already planning next year.

Fantastic as always
We enjoyed a retreat to the mountains for fall break. Our group included my wife, our kids, some close friends, and some of our family members of all ages We had a fantastic time cooking in the spacious kitchen including making chocolate from cocoa beans, cupcake decorating, a chocolate tasting, and amazing breakfasts and dinners. The day was filled with hikes and game time with a few friendly competitions and the kids put on their traditional theater style play. Evenings were filled with spa time in the hot tub and sauna, enjoying our favorite collage football team’s game, the NFL Red Zone and a few movie nights in the theater It snowed and our teens bounced back and forth between the hot tub and building a snowman which was an experience they won't forget We can’t wait to visit again as this has become a favorite for all

Perfect Fall Get Away
We loved Welton Woods for our work retreat! It was the perfect fall getaway with all the fun fall colors surrounding the cabin. We loved using the fire pits, watching movies all together in the theater room and cooking in the amazing kitchen. Can't wait to come back again for another work retreat.

Perfect Property and Perfect Location
We really could not have had a better experience at Herriman Cross Country Camp at Welton Woods. Every year, we reserve a large property to hold our camp, and the kids (and adults) all agreed that this was the best year yet because of Welton Woods! The property had everything we needed and more! It was almost as if it was designed with our camp in mind. The girls' and the boys' rooms were perfect so the kids could all stay together comfortably and have time to bond. The chaperones loved that the boys and girls were separated by two floors. All the chaperones stayed on the main floor. The theater room made clinics and presentations not only easy for the coach, but comfortable for kids because everyone had a place to sit. We also loved the fire pit, the sauna, game room, and hot tub. The property was squeaky clean and had everything we needed to cook meals for 45 people with runner appetites. We also loved that the deck had enough seating so that the kids could eat outside and enjoy the beautiful views at every meal. There were so many things for the kids to do during their free time. We cannot say enough good things about this property and about Emma--she was so responsive to all our questions. The property was also very close to some of the most beautiful runs the team has ever done, so they also loved their time away from the cabin while they ran. Thank you for a great week!

The property was beyond our wildest imagination! It was so large and had the most gorgeous panoramic views. There was plenty of room for all of our people and the ability to have everyone in the same dining area made our meals special. Two thumbs up!

We had a family reunion here. The house is beautiful, very clean, everything in good condition. Easy communication with property manager. Of note the last part of the drive is a bit steep, AWD is best for this if possible.

Wonderful family reunion lodge
Our family of 40 had a wonderful stay at Welton Woods. The location was beautiful. We really enjoyed the view from the deck. The kitchen was great for our big group, and it was very well stocked with everything we needed. The ice maker was a real bonus that we loved. The beds were all comfortable and made up with nice linens. We also had fun with the pool and ping pong tables and the theatre room. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Emma was so great to work with and she was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Second Time a Charm!
We stayed at Welton Woods 12 years ago with our family and loved it then. We have grown to a family of nearly 50! We wanted a special venue to connect with our children and grandchildren and immediately thought of this great property. It didn’t disappoint! Every step was easy from booking to check in and check out! Emma was so attentive and quickly answered all our questions. The nice welcome goodies were a nice touch. Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. The two bunk rooms gave all the grandkids a bed. There were lots of games and toys. The pool table and ping pong were the favorites. We loved the movie room too. The views off the deck were amazing. So many great memories with the family. We highly recommend this great property. The kitchen was fully equipped and all the nice amenities were great. Hope to return soon !

The Best House for a Men's Leadership Retreat
We hosted 24 men in this fantastic home. There was space for all of us very comfortably. The home was perfect, clean, and set up for us to enjoy. Emma, the host, was the best, supporting us and getting us everything we needed. We love, love, love this house and would love to use it again. Work Retreat
My team had crushed it over the past few months, and I had been searching for a way to say," thank you." I thought off a few different ways to show that appreciation, but nothing felt right. A friend of mine told me about Welton Woods and a retreat they had done, so I decided to check the place out and I'm so glad I did. It was awesome to get away for a few days and be away from everything. The views, the cabin, the sauna, the cabin, the movie room, and I could go on. What an amazing time we had! Amazing off-Site Retreat!
Brought down a group of 12 leaders from my company for an off-site retreat and it was amazing! We had plenty of space and loved being able to use the kitchen for cooking together and being able to all eat at one table. The lodge had so many wonderful amenities, I feel like I needed to stay another week to be able to use them all! Wonderful stay, beautiful lodge, great location!

Unforgettable White Christmas
Our family shared an unforgettable Christmas experience at the Welton Woods Lodge. The property and location were perfect for our Christmas gathering. The lodge comfortably fit us all and had all the accommodations and fun we could dream of -- from Nativity reenactments by a cozy fireplace to putting together puzzles in the game room and watching Christmas movies in the theatre room. The appliances worked perfectly, the rooms were decorated with fun themes, and the surrounding woods and snow made for some fun family activities. We hope to make Welton Woods a part of our family traditions.

Youth group retreat
Took a group of 25+ people up for the weekend and was a perfect setting for outdoors (fire pits) plus lots of indoor activities when it was cold. All the amenities you need to cook for large groups plus plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Didn’t feel like we were crowded at all. The theatre room was great for presentations and guest speakers.

Family reunion
A wonderful home big enough to accommodate our 6 married children and our 24 grandchildren with room to spare. It rained several days that we were there so it was nice that there was so much to do inside. Plenty of seating for meals. The large deck provided beautiful views of the valley and a pleasant place to eat. Plenty of parking and a spacious master bedroom and bathroom. Loved our stay.

Fantastic Reunion location
This property filled all our needs for our family reunion for 45 people, from toddlers to senior citizens. The kitchen was supplied better than any other vacation rental I have used. There were several places for groups big or small to gather for fun or conversation. The host was helpful and responsive. Thank you!

Perfect for Family Reunions
Communication with property manager was amazing. The views are amazing. The house is fully stocked with towels, linens, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc unlike places we've paid more for and had to go get more dish soap and TP because they only provide one days worth. House is incredibly clean and there is room for everyone with chairs and tables all over. The beds were really nice. I felt like they had thought of every comfort we could have wanted. Highly recommend this place! Road up is a bit tricky so follow their directions and plan on staying there for a bit--no need to leave anyways! Great rooms to gather in. Overall exceeded expectations and property management was really impressive.

Family Reunion Stay
This place had tons of room and kept everyone busy. I would rent this property again. The only thing I have a negative comment about is the water pressure in the upper level. It is a beautiful place, and we all had a great time. It was amazing to find a location that slept all 45 of us in comfortable beds.

Unbelievable Views and Lovely home
Our extended family of 27 were so happy to be gathered under one roof for 5 days with space enough for any activity they could imagine, and a kitchen/ deck area to easily accommodate meals. The bunk rooms allowed cousins to hang out together, and the movie room is huge and comfortable for all. We had ping pong tournaments and a dance party and enjoyed the use of the grand piano throughout the week. We will even have special memories of running for cover in the trees when a quick hail storm cut our fire pit evening short. Thank you for sharing this lovely accommodation. We loved our stay!

Awesome corporate retreat
Welton Wood was an amazing location for our corporate retreat. Beautiful property with all amenities needed. We had a total of 9 people and more than enough room. Very clean and comfortable for cooking, sleeping and enjoying the mountain air and views from balcony. One hour from great hiking at Maple Canyon. One hour from great golf at Palisades Golf Course. Great communications with Emma. Absolutely amazing trip. We will be back next summer!

Incredible Setting for a Memorable Experience!
This is an absolutely beautiful property. We had plenty of room for people to sleep, with multiple gathering spots for all age groups to hang out or be actively involved in games, conversations, and activities. We received massive amounts of snow during our stay over New Year's and it added a magical touch to the scenery and the setting. Emma was fantastic to work with!

An Aventure
We had a very enjoyable Thanksgiving at this location. The cabin was very spacious and nice. Getting in and out was a challenge but we were very grateful for the use of the snow cat. It would have been impossible without it. Our Host was very helpful and kind. We really appreciated her! This location would be especially nice in the summer months. I will recommend it to friends and family.
