“Nice little apartment by the beach. Decorated and furnished with lots of interesting things, has a nice surf vibe. Only a block off the beach, 3 parks within 5 mins for beach access. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Great place to stay for large group. Check in info was incorrect but quickly solved with a call the the property manager. It is great to have parking and easy walk to duval and beach! Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub is older and set to highest temp and could only get about half the jets to work but really didn’t have time to use it anyway.”

“Love the location!”

“The location of the place was great, but it really needs to be updated inside. The mattress is not comfortable and needs to be replaced. The kitchen and bathroom need upgrading as they are very basic. We had a great time, loved Vero Beach and the location of our rental.”

“This is a beautiful studio hideaway!! Very private and very well appointed. It had everything I needed and many “extras” which I didn’t have the opportunity to take advantage of. Highly recommend Patrick and Renata’s property and I look forward to returning!”

“Needed a few days of peace and quiet to recharge and wound up wanting to stay. Very clean peaceful and what a beach. The view could not have been better and the atmosphere was fantastic! Can’t wait to come back!”

“Property was perfect size for 2 people. Enjoyed seeing the small wild life. Close to beach and hot tub was great. Just needed sand cleaned out bottom of hot tub but still enjoyed it under the stars. I would book it again.”

“Great location and nice rooms. The room we had appeared to have some old water damage and possible mold but had everything we needed and was a great size. They go all out for our furry friends. On the site they do advertise bicycles, kayaks, etc but bikes were very rusted with some flat tires and you had to fight the spiders to get to the kayaks and i can only guess the paddles were somewhere in the open shed, that also had many critters. All in all. We loved iy and had a freat time. We will go...

“Everything was great, just wished that there was more privacy where the AC units were. It was difficult to find the laundry room since there wasn’t any signage to point me in the direction of where it was. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay!”

“I was on my own, but this is a perfect spot for a couple. Lots of comfortable and private outdoor space. Plenty of local options for food and entertainment, short walk to the beach. For a small space, it is exceptionally well organized and appointed. It had everything I needed and more. The snacks, drinks and milk for coffee upon arrival was especially appreciated. Hosts are very easy to work with and clearly take pride in the space. I would highly recommend!”
