Bienvenido a la residencia perfecta para cualquier visitante o turista / visitante exigente que busque alojamiento seguro, de lujo y con cocina en el corazón de la ciudad de Exeter en el condado de Devon.

Esta es una propiedad hermosa y única en todos los sentidos; probablemente es único en su clase ... enormes ventanas con mucha luz y hermosas vistas a lo largo de Southernhay.

Puede permanecer un mínimo de 4 noches en temporada baja, pero preferiblemente más tiempo.

El apartamento ha sido recientemente renovado y se encuentra en el primer piso de un hermoso edificio protegido de Grado II en Southernhay, que se encuentra en el centro de Exeter, a pocos minutos del edificio de la corte combinada, la catedral gótica, el distrito comercial de Princesshay y el muelle. Este nuevo apartamento en el primer piso está bellamente distribuido en 85 metros cuadrados y se accede por ascensor o escaleras. El diseño es moderno y fresco y está amueblado con un estándar muy alto con pisos de roble. Se compone de dos habitaciones, cada una con camas King size (una se puede dividir en dos individuales) y ropa de cama de algodón de lujo; un cuarto de baño con ducha, lavabo y WC, además de un segundo baño con una maravillosa bañera profunda, lavabo y WC. Cada baño tiene espejos con calefacción y proporcionamos jabones de mano y burbujas de baño.

WI FI está incluido y hay un estacionamiento seguro en el sitio también. Estamos completamente libres de mascotas y no fumadores.

La hermosa cocina equipada con barra de desayuno, nevera para bebidas / vinos, cafetera Nespresso, grifo de fusión Quooker, placa de inducción, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, nevera-congelador (y lavadora-secadora) está lista para cualquier cocinero serio.

Las cajas de carne y verduras de un proveedor local se pueden entregar a su conveniencia.

Finalmente, hay un gran salón con 3 enormes ventanas de guillotina con vistas a Southernhay Gardens en el que puede entretenerse, relajarse y descansar. Hay un televisor inteligente, reproductor de DVD y radio Roberts CD / DAB. La mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para 6 si decide cenar en casa.

Fantastic Stay
We had a wonderful week at Tina's place. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The location is really great as you are a very short walk to the city centre and about 10 minutes from the Quay. The kitchen is set up with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal if you wanted and the dining area has a beautiful table to enjoy it. The lounge area has extremely comfy sofas and is enjoyable to relax and watch great selection of tv channels after a day out. I highly recommend this place, one of the best we have stayed in. This is a beautifully furnished apartment in a lovely area just outside the cathedral close. Everything about the apartment, building, and area was fabulous. Tina is a warm and responsive host. She thoughtfully provided a lovely welcoming package of foodstuffs, flowers, and wine. Five stars all around.

Fantastic apparent in the best location
This apparent is absolutely wonderful, it has everything you need and is spotless. Location is the best so close to everything in the City. Tina is a fantastic host checking in regularly to make sure all is OK. I strongly recommend this apartment.

We spent a week in this beautifully appointed apartment which is within walking distance of the Cathedral, Quay, shopping area and train/bus stations. The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped. A welcome pack was a lovely surprise. Would highly recommend as a base for exploring the wider area.

First Class Choice
An extremely well-appointed and equipped apartment in a splendid, excellently refurbished and listed ex hospital building and within easy walking distance of central Exeter, the Cathedral, Guildhall, parks etc. Tina is a most attentive and helpful host and provided what was probably the finest welcome pack we have yet come across. You would be hard pushed to do better for a stay in Exeter.

Stylish central apartment
From the moment I booked to stay at this apartment the communication with the host was great... From collection of keys to checking to see if we were all in ok and if we were satisfied with the apartment. The Apartment is in an ideal location for visiting both the Cathedral and The Quay..great for restaurants, shopping and to generally experience Exeter. The apartment has a top spec for all appliances and the kitchen is fully stocked with an outstanding goodies from the host. The beds were so comfortable and the bath and walk in shower were both a big hit We will definitely be visiting agai

Fantastic City Break
The photos of this property enticed us to book it for a week. The property did not disappoint - extremely well fitted out, very comfortable (including a lovely bed) and a very generous welcome pack as well. Right in the heart of the city, close to the shops and the historic heart of Exeter and a secure parking space as well! We simply loved our time here and will return.

Very comfortable flat if you want to explore the city of Exeter
The decor was particularly tasteful and the quality of the furnishings and equipment was excellent. We particularly appreciated the comfortable beds with really lovely bedlinen. Situated just behind the historic cathedral and the high street yet away from the hustle and bustle of crowds and traffic it was lovely to be able to amble into the centre in minutes without having to worry about parking. We would highly recommend.

Great apartment and fab host
Spent a week in the apartment and found it an ideal base for exploring Exeter and the surrounding area. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well equipped. All appliances are top quality and it is really well decorated. It was also great to arrive and not have to worry about those initial essentials like bread and milk and added to that Tina had gone the extra mile. So much more was provided to save us sprinting out for a first meal which was really appreciated. Thanks!

Ideal base for visiting Exeter and surrounding area. Stephen the concierge very helpful. Difficult parking outside to unload, however were able to get immediate access to car park. Overall very happy with apartment

Great Location!
We (2) enjoyed 4 nights in this clean, modern flat located within a short walk of Exeter’s top attractions. In fact, the building was mentioned on a Redcoat Tour we took - it was a hospital for many years. Tina has stocked the flat with everything you could need. It really feels like you are a welcome guest in her home, not like you are renting a rental home. The living and dining areas are spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the two full bathrooms. The non en suite bathroom is especially roomy for a nice soak. The neighborhood is friendly and bustling. It’s definitely a city... literally just outside the city walls. The building and assigned parking have controlled access. The flat is on the floor above street level (call it what you will) and the windows are the source of cooling so need to be opened at least on warm summer days. There was a fair bit of noise including late-night firecrackers and construction and squawking birds starting early on weekday mornings, but weekend mornings were quiet. If you are new to the combo washer/dryer, you may want to ask Tina for advice on using it. We would definitely recommend this home!

What a great place
To get a secure, comfortable and tastefully decorated apartment with two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen and living room for the price of a decent hotel is a great deal. I heartily recommend this apartment. We had all the essentials in the kitchen, plus a few treats and a bottle of wine. The concierge, Mick, went over and above to make our stay wonderful. The location is in walking distance of everything we desired, the cathedral, shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again without equivocation. The only negative is that it is a university town ad on occasion students walked past in the wee hours talking loudly. However, earplugs after the first night solved that and we both slept comfortably from then on. If you can find better in Exeter for even close to the price I would be shocked.
