“Lovely location, very spacious property with amazing spaces. Kitchen spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. bathrooms good. Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away.”

“A lovely 3 night Stay in Hay on Wye. The cottage is stunning and so well located for browsing the shops, the sights and the castle and perfect to pop back and forth if needed. Very central but also very peaceful. Communication from Sue was amazing and she was really accommodating and generous throughout our stay. I would book here again in a heartbeat.”

“House & location description bang on. It is very isolated but Tesco delivered to us so wasn't an issue.We had a big family Christmas of 26/28 & the house worked well. There is good quality bedding & all the cutlery, plates, glasses & cooking equipment needed. There are 2 x dishwashers, washing machines & tumble dryers. There is a large, main house cottage.Wifi worked pretty well considering the amount of people using it at once!Hot tub was paid for separately but we could owas ofcloudy.”

“We had a lovely stay at Bevan house, visiting the area to attend a wedding. The house was large and well equipped and the hit tub was really fantastic. Absolutely no issues at all and the property was clean and located in a beautiful spot. Very minor but couldn't find any scissors, other than this, no suggestions for improvement at all”

“The house and cottage was perfect for our family reunion of 12 and 2 little ones. Bathroom and shower/tub in every room! Kitchen and Dining area and seating for 18 inside and out was perfect. Amazing kitchen with plenty of dishes and all possibly needed to cook large meals. Three sitting rooms with fireplace and wood provided Games, books, puzzles, game room, outside badminton and soccer. Best VRBO! Views amazing!”

“Really nice apartment right in the middle of town. Very comfortable beds and lovely cosy lounge. The kitchen area is also very tidy with all you need to cook for your family. Would definitely stay here again. Only slight downside is the noise from the flats above and below, but this was daytime only noise. We slept very well. Overall very enjoyable stay. ”
