A bit of concern would go a long way and maybe an I'm sorry?
First of all,the location was great and the size of the condo was awesome. I booked the condo to celebrate my fathers 89th birthday and my grandson's 3rd birthday. So, it was my dad, my husband, my son, his wife, my grandson and me. Husband, father and I arrived on 11-14, the house was fine, but we could not get internet. My son was on call, so he needed the internet. I started contacting them on Friday, first thing. I also wanted a key to a seperate lock for the downstairs where my son and family were going to be staying. The rep questioned why I would want a key for the downstairs. Seriously? you have to go up steps to get to landing then key in lockbox to retrieve the ky., then the kids would have to go in through the primary floor, and then down the stairs with the 3yo. If we had of had a key, they would only have had to go down the side path to their downstairs front door entry. Now, does that need an explanation of how much more convenient and reasonable that is? If a guest requests an additional key, I do not believe that request should be denied. I am paying you for a service of convenience, hence a vacation stay. It should be seamless. Then there was the internet situation. My Son who is an IT professional finally ran down the problem and determined the splitter for the tv/internet was defective. Therefore, we had to disconnect the COX cable service in order to have internet service. The rep had requeste a call from COX who determined it was not
