The house itself is very beautiful and as pictured. Unfortunately, there is a neighbor really close to the property that is aggressively upset about any noise at any time. We got a noise complaint at 8pm because we were outside in the hot tub listening to music. There were only 5 of and our noise level was reasonable. It’s pretty normal to talk, listen music, and enjoy the amenities we paid top dollar for. The next night the man came out with a mag light and shined it our faces because were in the hot tub after quiet hours but we weren’t listening to music and weren’t super loud. Honestly I knew it was a red flag that as soon as I got to the house there were many signs posted throughout that stated the quiet hours. In my opinion the property managers are fully aware of the situation with the neighbor evidenced by the signage all over the house said NOTHING about it in the listing. Unless you plan on going and being totally inside and quiet, this is not the place for you. I would have never paid 3500 for a weekend to stay at a house where you feel that you can’t use the amenities paid for. I will be contacting VRBO about the omitted information in the listing. You have to tell people that this is a quiet house and the neighbor will call the cops on you, because he called them on me. For more context my friends and I are mid 30s, and professional( Auditor, financial manger, lawyer, sales manager, and software engineer) we’re not a group of punk kids but that’s how it felt.
