Top Notch
This VRBO thought of everything all the way down to labeling the light switches. Wish we had stayed longer, just be aware there are a lot of steps if you have any seniors and no bathroom on the top floor. Other than that we loved it!

Wonderful views
We had a great stay. Stairs can be daunting. Good thing we had young family members. Patio door allows beautiful view but snow comes in during windy storm. Patio Door won’t lock. Great place for family but wouldn’t be for separate couples since there is no bathroom on top level and must be shared with on lower levels. Needs deep cleaning upstairs —allergies went crazy.

Perfect location!
Overall the condo was great. The carpets do need replaced and the beds were hard to sleep comfortably on. The location was amazing, close to everything! Literally 10 minutes from all food, shopping, and the park. The view was incredible. We liked the condo, the beds were the only real negative. Thank you for a great vacation!

Family vacation
The first family vacation in 30+ years. We had 6 adults and 3 children and had room for everyone. The house was clean and spacious. We didn't need any supplies, everything was nicely stocked. Great location and very quiet. Beautiful mornings on the balcony! Everyone had a great time and we're planning our next trip.

We’ll stocked!
We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this one was very clean and well stocked! Since we were only staying for 3 nights we were pleased to see there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. The view was phenomenal and very close to town and RMNP. The only thing that would’ve made our stay just a smidge better would have been a garage door opener to access the property from down below versus having to walk around every time. But overall, a great place to stay.

Estes Park Trip
Location was phenomenal - couldn't have been happier with how close to town and RMNP we were! The code we were given for entry didn’t work initially, but management was very responsive and quickly gave us a new code. Did a little bit of cleaning in the kitchen upon entry, but everything else was neat and clean. Would have appreciated having a way to access the house/garage directly through the garage, but one person had to go in the front of the house to open the garage door at the back of the house each time we came home, which was a mild inconvenience. Looked like there was a bathroom that was locked off that could have been useful in the upstairs bedroom, but if you're not using all of the bedrooms it's not a problem. Greatly enjoyed the gas fireplace and used it each day! It was very nice and the right amount of space to come back to at the end of a day hiking. Overall very good experience for our stay, and would consider returning for a future trip!

While we were close to Mary’s lake, there wasn’t a view of the Meadows below the condo area (which we loved last year at another place). There was no access via garage code or lower level door where you park, so someone had to run around front of building and then downstairs to open garage door each time. Otherwise it was ample space for our fam (3 kids with my husband and I) and my folks. Hot tub was also super chilly, but that isn’t responsibility of this one owner or manager the signage said.

Spring Break 2021
Property was as pictured simply perfect, everything was provided to make your stay like home just supply your own groceries. Love the fact a garage was available to park our car inside away from snow/ice. Definitely a place I highly recommend to anyone considering Estes Park, our party was only 4 but this place can easily accommodate 8 comfortably, 2 1/2 bathrooms was a nice touch. Will hopefully revisit during the spring/summer.

Lovely Place
This was a great condo. Located just a short walk to Mary’s lake and an easy drive to all of the Estes attractions. We were there for awhile so it would have been wonderful to have access to a vacuum and a swiffer/mop and maybe some more cleaning supplies to keep up it nice and clean while we were there! We would have also loved to have a colander, mixer and a few sharper knives in the kitchen for cooking. Overall great spot, worth the money and we would most definitely go back!

Very pleased with this condo. Huge, beautiful, wildlife outside, close to Estes and RMNP. Beds were comfy, loved the master bath shower especially. Everything was perfect.

Room with a View
Loved staying in this beautiful condo. Enjoyed a great view from our deck! Ate all our meals at the condo. Plenty of glasses, dishes, and silverware. Could use measuring cups, a cookie sheet and a set of potholders for those of us who like to cook. Otherwise, an awesome place to stay with friends!!! We will be back.

Beautiful Views!
This rental was exactly as described and the views were absolutely amazing! The space fit our family great with everyone having room to sleep and move without feeling crowded. The rental was very clean as well. Our only complaint is beds were a little too firm for our taste. Also, we had a little trouble with some of the locks on the windows being hard to latch and lock. We would recommend staying here to anyone! We plan on coming back in the future!
