Second Visit!
We stayed at this property for the second time (and already booked for a third) and had another great time. The property is in a great location with a quick walk to the lake and minutes from town. It is fully stocked to make meals, and also plenty of space to hang out. This is one of our go-to places when we need a quick weekend away.

Beautifully views and comfortable condo
We stayed for four nights and enjoyed our stay even tho it was a little warm during the day. It would really make this place even better if you would provide a big umbrella or awning since the sun shines on the back patio all the time and one can’t enjoy it

What a gem!
What a great place to stay. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. In a quiet neighborhood but close to town and it was walking distance to Lake Estes. As a former vacation rental owner, I appreciate other very nice rentals. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome mountain retreat
Loved the location just outside of the Estes park town center with easy access to RMNP. Kids loved the shuffle board and arcade games. Neighborhood was quiet and beds were very comfy.

What a Gem!
Beautiful, clean, spacious and best of all child and dog friendly- which is hard to come by :) Our son loved “his upstairs loft” area and the games! It was a perfect nook for him the relax while his dad and I cooked and relaxed downstairs. The little backyard was perfect for dogs and grilling - fenced in with amazing views ! Beds were comfortable and linens crisp and clean. So close to everything Estes has to offer- we especially loved the mountain roller coaster this time! Thanks so much- we will be back!

Nice Townhouse in a Great Location!
The townhouse is very nice, clean and luxurious, and well stocked. We were able to cook several meals and also close enough to town for all the local restaurants and events. Even better it is just a 5-minute walk to the lake. Allowing us to bring our furry friend made it that much better including the little yard in the back. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous getaway to Estes!
My little family just enjoyed a wonderful first time in Estes and this home was certainly a primary factor in why we had such a fantastic time! The location was amazing (close to everything but also private), it was very comfortable and clean and was just really great! I really don’t think pictures do this place justice. We also loved that there were games for all ages (my 4yo and I played a lot of Jenga :)) and that it has an attached garage on the same level as the house. Talk about convenient! The home even had fishing reels available for use! A great home and I’m thankful I found it!

MAINTENANCE/CHECK-IN ISSUES
We had to call for maintenance THREE TIMES in our very short stay; 2 times because there was no hot water and once because the shower handle wouldn’t work correctly and we couldn’t shut the water off. ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS TAKE A HOT SHOWER AND I COULDN'T BECAUSE FOR THE SECOND TIME, I HAD NO HOT WATER!!! These are not the only malfunctions in this house either! This morning, I tried to use the electric kettle and it has a leak in the bottom of the kettle so while it’s warming up, the water leaks all over the counter. This is incredibly unsafe!! The upstairs bathroom sink faucet leaked from the handles which made a huge puddle on the counter top and soaked my toiletry bag. When we arrived, we were given the wrong lock box code in the check-in email and were unable to get the key out which prompted yet, ANOTHER CALL! This weekend was supposed to be enjoyable. My son, who accompanied me, has Asperger’s which is a form of autism. In order to calm down at night to fall asleep, he needs to take a shower and go through his bedtime routine, as you can imagine with first, a broken shower handle then NO HOT WATER AGAIN, he was unable to go through his bedtime routine which does not work for an autistic individual. This didn’t just happen once during our stay, IT HAPPENED TWICE! This stay has been very disappointing, to say the least. This is really ridiculous, especially with what I was charged per night.

Great location and spacious
Overall, this place met our needs. Very clean, nice layout. Very welcoming environment for our dog too! Unfortunately we did deal with a leak in the upstairs bathroom and the dishwasher did not work because the panel was blown. Maintenance was very responsive. Also, we also inadvertently left 2 items behind and while it took a little while to work through, once they located them, they sent back the items promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Wedding weekend in Estes
This was a great location with a family wedding at the Estes Park Resort. So close to the lake, resort, downtown shopping and restaurants and Stanley Hotel. We could be anywhere in 5 minutes. Disappointed with lack of outdoor space but we just walked the lake a lot and stayed downtown. No outdoor space to just hang out as a family. Disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the ceiling and floor fans. All the rugs need to be replaced. They are trip hazards and I had to move some out of fear of my parents tripping and falling. Kitchen well stocked. Bathrooms are huge and well stocked. Overall would stay again because the location is great but will plan to clean a bit before we start to enjoy.
