“This studio was perfect and very generously proportioned; we stayed v comfortably as a family of four. It was clean, nicely furnished and equipped, quiet, and my kids loved watching the planes come and go on the airport runway (and despite being so close, you don't hear the engine noise). It was also great value pricewise; the cost of breakfast, lunch and dinner on The Strip would have been an arm and a leg; being able to self-cater saved us a ton of $$$ and we paid less than a hotel room would...

“Everything about my stay was perfect. Valet parking included(super bonus) all staff was attentive & super friendly/helpful. Room was really clean( I’m a clean freak). Exceptional accommodations. “Had a great stay at this condo, it was clean, and free from odors, owner could stand to stock it with more utensils, and coffee, and maybe a few extra wash rags. we were there for a week, had coffee for 2 days, but it gave Starbucks, a little extra business but overall, it was a great stay.”

Our stay was alright. I didn't like the renter agreement I had to make. We were told that we needed to keep everything clean during checkout (as it was during our check in). “Very accurate listing: Clean and roomy. Close to both the airport and MGM, which is where the conference I attended was located. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy when I first arrived, but turned out to be a nice, quiet, and safe place. Met a few of the neighbors, all very nice. I frequent Vegas a lot, I'll definitely stay here again.”
