“The building is beautiful, as is the park. I think the staff who checked us in need to improve their customer service. However, the restaurant staff and checkout staff were wonderful. The hotel smells awful, and the room cleaning is terrible. It's a great shame since the building is beautiful and the natural surroundings are a unique wonder. “Al momento del check in aproximadamente a las 9:00 pm no había nadie en el front desk. El empleado cuando apareció tenía cara de dormido. No nos dijo sobre la hora del desayuno y luego cuando llamamos y fuimos al front desk nadie apareció. El desayuno muy pobre. Lamentable porque me había quedado en otros Country Inn y habían sido excelentes. ”

However, the people above us made noise until 1 am and began against 5:45, with the front desk doing nothing but calling them .
