“Sometimes the testament to great hospitality isnt a result of things going perfectly but how you are treated when things don't go well. The room esthetics, ocean view, and sound of waves were perfect! However, I had a few small challenges with my shower knob (couldnt turn the shower off, needed help twice), my patio door (handle broke), and the A/C was on the struggle bus the whole visit. They tried to accomodate me and fix the issues as best and as quickly as they could. It was frustrating...

“Great place to stay bed was comfy and ac worked. The beach at the property was amazing and we would go for swims in the Caribbean 2-3 times a day. The staff was always very friendly and helpful and the other vacationers were all very lovely most had been coming for 10 years or more. This is our first trip. There won’t be our last.”
