“It is a beautiful HISTORIC property so don't expect all the conveniences of modern buildings. It is well worth the sacrifice of some of those conveniences to enjoy the peace and beauty of the building. The train does come through multiple times day or night, but we found it interesting to watch. We enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard and walking around the area. Such COOL murals all over town! Staff was very friendly and everywhere we walked people seemed friendly as well!”
“The property was wonderfully decorated and initial supplies plentiful. A very quiet and peaceful experience. The location provided a unique change from our normal flatland home.
The only negative involved the loss of internet connection and the contact number provided in the guide for reporting issues did not elicit a response. The outage proved to be a system problem beyond the control of the host. ”
