“The pace was great! Relaxing and so close to the ski resort and to be honest better than the ski resort conditions as we stayed there two weeks to this stay! It was easy to relax after a long day of skiing and hop in the sauna for some added relaxation and recovery. Being able to make our own food was helpful as the grocery stores are not far at all so you can stick in while there! It was secluded but not too secluded :) would def stay again!”

“The chalet was exactly as described. We found our accommodations perfect for us. We thought we could walk to Lift 1 at Powderhorn, but the road was pretty fast and we didn’t feel comfortable so we did end up driving each day for snowboarding. “The cabin was cozy and the perfect getaway! It had lots of rustic charm, and the bed in the master was incredibly comfortable. We loved the lake view from the living room—sunsets were stunning. “I'll experience at this property was amazing. Home was extremely clean and very soon nicely decorated. There were a lot of extras such as games and kitchen staples. The beds were very comfortable. “Nice place with plenty of room. The kitchen was clean and even had an air fryer and blender. The queen bed was a bit soft for my taste but that is a preference not a requirement. The local bakery, Bread of Life, had wonderful pastries and pasties. Joe checked in with us a couple times just to be sure everything was great. And it was. We were near plenty of great places to hike and enjoy the area. If we come back to this part of the UP, we will be checking here again. ”
