“This property encompasses a couple of buildings and a large backyard. There is an open air restaurant on site for food and beverages. The friendly staff speaks English which was very helpful. It is a 5 minute walk to the town of Poprad for anyone who wants more dining options. Very nice stop close to the Tatra Mountains ”

“Amazing spot - staff is fantastic! Only small thing is the noise cancelling isn't great between rooms or between reception and rooms on the lower floor - wasn't a big issue but I imagine it could be if you're unlucky with your neighbors! ”

“I stayed with my family for 4 nights.Absolutely lovely place with a lovely history ,very unique furnitures and old gadgets.Yummy breakfast every morning.Lovely view from the balcony.Short distans to see Biała Dolina & Krupòwki.I would recomend to everyone who wants to stay in Zakopane.”

“Great place, especially if you have a car when it snows. It is around 1km away from all main sites by foot. The inclusion of unlimited access to Termy Zakopanskie is definitely a plus. We were in a triple room which was very large. Pool and kids area are in the adjacent hotel. House keeping lady was able to communicate in English more than most persons in Zakopane. “Lovely place, just off a main road so a handy break in my trip from Poprad Tatry Airport to Hlinne. Staff were friendly and helpful - and they spoke English, which was a definite advantage for me. They also have English menus. My previous stay, somewhere with no English menus or speakers, wasn't pleasant, but this stay was. Before anyone comments. I was in their country so they didn't have to speak English or have English menus - but it helps. ”

“From the moment we arrived to Zamocek Suzanne cordially welcomed us and showed us to our rooms. She thoroughly explained where everything was located, and was cery detailed on making out stay a perfect one. The rooms all have small kitchens and the decor is most charming in Slovakian character. “My score would be 8.0 (from 1 to 10). ADVANTAGES: new facilities, clean, iluminated and big room (we were 4 people and stayed at the top), breakfast included, kind staff, optional Jacuzzi and Sauna (additional fee) DISADVANTAGES: no one speak english at the hotel. 3km distance from nearest sky center (is ok if you drive a car, imposible to arrive there walking, just by car). Only cold breakfast: ham, cheese, bread, jam, cereals, milk, coffee, juice and if you are lucky egg ;)”
