“The parking is probably the biggest draw for this place. Parking can be difficult in neighborhoods like this, and being able to pull right up to the door is a relief after a long day out. And we loved the shower! Alisa is kind and considerate, any questions and she is right on it. Lots of walkable stores and restaurants, and of course, the beach is so close!”

“The spot was perfect for us! It was a great size and so close to main street - which is where we spent most of our time. “Very convenient location in the middle of iconic shops and restaurants. We had a great time, and the hosts were very responsive to our questions planning for the trip. Be aware there is no reserved parking, so arrival to drop off requires a quick car unloadinh then search for a street parking in the surrounding blocks. In the late afternoon parking spots open up as beach visitors go home and you can move your car closer ”

“We give this condo 5 stars because it had everything we needed to stay a week, & it was beautiful & clean. The Wifi was good and they even provided lots of choices if you wanted to watch TV! Great views of the ocean and just steps to the sand and restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Parking is definitely at a premium here so we were so grateful to have a garage to park in! We would rent again!”

“We came for a memorial in Carlsbad. It was myself, my teenage son, my dog and my mom. It was very pleasant little place tucked into a cozy quiet and safe neighborhood close to everything we needed and just a short drive to our destination. It was exactly as advertised. “It was a great place. 1 block from the beach. They only have one reserve parking place. We had 2 cars. Pacific beach is very busy. So to find a parking place is kinda hard. You have to wait at least till 4 or 5 pm to find one. We managed and found one. We loved this place.”
