“Nobody was at the reception and there was a Problem not being able to finalize the check in (neither online, machine downstairs nor indoor machine). There was a WhatsApp for contacting but nobody answered. Called to an emergency contact number from the hotel and they finally could assist me, but lost 1h15 in the process. Room is confortable and It is modern. ”

“This is a beautiful and very welcoming hotel, the personnel is lovely making you feel like the most important people in the world, always paying attention to your needs, and focused in resolving your problems, far beyond your needs. Breakfasts was amazing and the people attending very warm. Room was spacious, clean, nice bed. Definitely a hotel that you would not expect the service and comfort that they offer ton their clients”

“Das Hotel lag super in der Innenstadt und das kostenlose Parken gleich nebenan war perfekt. Von Außen wirkt es etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Zimmer war in Ordnung und das Frühstück gut. Die MitarbeiterInnen waren alle besonders hilfsbereit und freundlich, Top Service und immer erreichbar.”

“We had room number 5, which was a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen and balcony. It had a separate dining area and 2 couches. The bathroom was large and each room offered a nice view. Our hostess was very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that at 6 am the nearby church bells went off for what seemed like a few minutes without letup and that woke us all up. ”
