Estamos a solo 90 minutos de Atlanta, es un lugar de excepcional belleza natural que ofrece paz y tranquilidad además de la pesca de truchas de campeonato, pero lo suficientemente cerca de la ciudad y de todas las demás actividades. El área de Blue Ridge, GA, tiene suficientes actividades al aire libre para mantener a cualquier persona ocupada, pero también ofrece restaurantes y tiendas de lujo, montañas, lagos, arroyos, rafting, tubos, kayak, pesca, compras. Esta área lo tiene todo y es muy accesible desde ambos. Atlanta y Chattanooga. La vida silvestre es abundante, como los ciervos, mapaches y aves. El dormitorio / baño principal está en el nivel principal para facilitar el acceso con una nueva cama king size. El loft tiene 2 camas queen size, baño y futón en la cubierta superior. Fáciles pasos por el arroyo para pescar y nadar. Bajando el cañón de Fightingtown Creek o en balsa de aguas bravas el famoso río Ocoee o la canoa el río Toccoa, ambos están muy cerca. El Ocoee Whitewater Center, a la vista de los Juegos Olímpicos de rafting de 1996, está a solo 25 minutos. Our experience
Recently I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful riverfront cabin, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the seamless blend of comfort and natural beauty that this property offers. The interior of the cabin is both stylish and cozy, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. The living area is spacious and thoughtfully designed, lt offers stunning views of the river. We loved curling up on the sofas with a good movie , enjoying the tranquil scenery just outside. The real highlight of the cabin, though, is the outdoor experience. The private riverfront location provides easy access to fantastic fishing right from the property. We spent hours casting our lines and savoring the peaceful surroundings-truly a fisherman's paradise. The outdoor amenities are exceptional. The hot tub was a standout feature, offering a luxurious way to unwind after a day of adventure. We enjoyed relaxing under the stars, soaking in the warm bubbles while listening to the soothing sound of the river. The firepit area was another favorite spot. Evenings spent gathered around the firepit, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories, were incredibly memorable. The setting is perfect. The hosts were wonderful, providing thoughtful touches and excellent recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests were evident throughout our visit.

Interesting Experience
Very clean, cozy cabin with beautiful landscaping and great view of the river. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub and seclusion. The driveway and roads to access were one-lane, gravel, steep roads that were quite stressful for us non-locals to maneuver, but we managed. As Floridians, we were not prepared for mountain life. We thought fishing gear would have been provided and we could eat fish for dinner, but that was not the case. Bring all your own gear for catch & release. There were close neighbors & constant construction that we didn't expect and it rained the whole week, but none of that could have been controlled. Lots of rules to keep things running smoothly, so be prepared for that. This is not a 3 bed/3 bath cabin as advertised. It has 1 bedroom and 2 beds in an open loft. There are only 2 bathrooms. Owners are very kind and personalble. We visited in July (trying to escape the FL summer heat) so there were lots of bugs and the fire pit made us sweat, as it was very sticky after the daily rains, but I'm sure it's a different experience at different times of year. This would be excellent for seeing fall colors or snow while enjoying the fireplace. Perfect for those who want to stay put and disconnect. Prepare to bring all food, paper products, firewood, fishing gear and something to do. You'll need to wash all dishes and towels and strip beds before leaving too. It would help to drive a 4X4 as well! Overall good experience, but it's a "one and done" for us.

Everyone absolutely loved this place, and its only 5 mins to up and coming Mccaysville/Copper Hill historic district- great shops and restaurants wo all the crowd, and rite on the river.

Heaven on Earth
This place is a little slice of heaven. If you love nature and want to be removed from the world this is your place. Yet very close to all conveniences you would need. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. The creek is so beautiful and if you know what to do you can float down to town if you have an extra car with you to leave at the bottom. We are going back for sure!

Best Cabin in North Georgia Mountains
Let me start by saying that Doug and Loraine are the loveliest hosts. They are so kind and intentional and such great communication. This is the third or fourth time we have stayed at their lovely cabin. It is cozy, quaint, relaxing and impeccably clean. You will not find a better location away from it all but still close enough to what you need. The property is absolutely beautiful and so well cared for - inside and out. We have stayed in many, many homes and cabins over the years and this one is our favorite. Truly the best. Thank you Doug and Loraine!

Fantastic surprise getaway

Exactly as pictured
Everything was great!! Exactly as pictured. We enjoyed fishing all day and then going to the Riverwalk in McCaysville right down the street to eat. We also enjoyed making smores by the fire. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful restful place on the river
We had a really nice spring break at this rental property. It was quiet and beautiful place. The space was perfect for my husband and I and our teenage girls. The directions given lead us right to the location. The house was clean and private and right on the river. Hot tub was a great add. Communication from the owner was great and they called to check on us and make sure everything was in order. Would definitely come back again in the future.

We Needed This!
When you arrive at this cabin, you feel like you have slipped away to something you’ve only dreamed about. The cabin is beautiful, and the setting is from a painting. Listening to the rushing creek from the back porch is so relaxing, and catching beautiful Trout just steps from the cabin is exciting. The owners checked in with us and offered suggestions on places to visit. The hot tub was a great place to wrap up our evenings and although we didn’t use the fire pit, it would be a gorgeous place to warm up along the bank of the creek. When we return to visit the North Georgia Mountains, I know where we will stay.

Cozy Wonderland
We brought our grandparents to this property and it was just as wonderful as I had hoped. The fishing was top notch, the views were amazing, the location is just far enough to make you feel like you’re out of town and in your own world! We will be back here!

Perfect cabin for a birthday celebration!!
Really amazing cabin!! It is cute as can be and so perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in staying in the north Georgia mountain area. Caught several nice trout. Close to Blue Ridge and McCaysville. Id live to rent again in the summer months and let the kids enjoy Fightingtown Creek. Thanks again Doug!!

Great cabin on the river
I'm always a little worried that the place never holds up to the pictures, but this place was spot on. River was right there, making it for easy fishing. Summer would be fabulous for tubing. Since it was cold, the fire pit was pecfect. It was a great cabin to enjoy the outdoors and relax. Would stay again.

Perfect get away!
We loved everything about our stay here! A really beautiful property! The location is just far enough away, but still can go to town for dinner and shopping. Everything was clean, comfortable, and we’ll maintained. We loved the outdoors fishing, lots of deer, walks, and the hot tub was relaxing.
