“We loved the loft overlooking the living room and fireplace, and the balconies on both levels. Lots of space for our family of six. Soft, cozy carpeting on the stairs and in both bedrooms. Large, open equipped kitchen. Hot tub and sauna in one bathroom. The ONLY thing we did not like was many of the lighting fixtures had harsh, bright white LED bulbs. We stuck to using only the ones with more comfortable warm tones. Otherwise we had a wonderful, carefree stay! Highly recommend.”

“This was perfect for what we wanted. We were less than 10 mins to the boat ramp. The cabin itself was just the right size for the 3 of us plus we could have fit more. We loved the fire pit with wood they supplied for us. Very quiet and remote. We will def be back for a summer trip.”

Found this AMAZING getaway, close enough to where we needed to be, yet at the end of the day wonderful relaxing nights. Quiet, beautiful, best sleep I have had in years! “This townhome was perfect. Very clean and nicely decorated and homey! It had a little nice patio with plenty of chairs to sit outside. We had tickets for the polar express train and the location of the house was walkable to restaurants and train which was great!! Beds were very comfortable! My son kept on talking about that as well! Will definitely be back! Communication with owner was great!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!”

“The location of this house is absolutely perfect! Right on the Ohio River, each sunrise was different on the river and all of them breathtaking! Loved watching the barges pass from the rocking chairs or swing on the deck. Quiet location and not too far from beautiful hiking trails. The drives to the trails were also gorgeous. We would stay here again.”

“The heating and water heater were stellar! We could not have asked for a more comfortable visit inside. Some of the screens were missing on the screened in porch which was not advertised. That made it difficult to enjoy time out there with our youngest child. There is also a pirate ship that is out of order and that was part of the reason we chose the cabin”

“You can’t beat the views from the deck. Great to see the barges float down the river. Cell coverage is difficult (at least with Verizon), but that’s ok so that you can just get away & relax, and enjoy the river life. Took a driving tour along the Ohio River, really enjoyed all the small towns in the area. Great place to get away!”

“My wife and I celebrated our 27th anniversary. The cottage was nice. Tammy the property manager was friendly and easily accessible. She shared her knowledge of the area and recommended good restaurants. It was chilly for our stay, so we didn’t get to explore the grounds, but they looked beautifully kept.”
