Property mgmt. co. was very slow and misleading in responding to problems with the property, especially with the hot tub problems not fixed until the 5th day of our 8 day stay. The hot tub was the deciding factor in our choice of the property, after we were assured beforehand that it was in good operating condition. We also had a lot of trouble with the thermostat during all of our stay and keeping the house cool and reported it with not much satisfaction. It got better for a day but then back to malfunction all week.The internet went out and it took days to have the tech come out. Our phones and computers did not work.We also had to let the management know that the air fryer was broken and a lamp in the master suite was not working. I also sent a picture of an outdoor yard lamp by the hot tub that was broken. These were not resolved.We reported all of these things and got the same reply that “ We are sorry for your inconvenience” and then we waited and had to inform them again. This has been a very disappointing and upsetting rental expense.Also, we were promised compensation review for our issues after we left the premises.I also asked for the property manager him or herself to call me personally, which never happened.
