Lovely place
Marianne and Doug’s tiny home is simply lovely. Although it is a tiny home, it feels spacious as everything is so well thought out. It has everything you might need and more. Everything was clean and in like new condition both outside and in. Although we did not get a chance to meet Marianne or Doug, communication was always prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend their place to anyone looking for a great spot within walking distance of Encinitas town centre and the beach!

Incredible time in the tiny house
We had such a good stay at the tiny house! Cozy, comfortable, and extremely cute. Everything in the place is well thought out, practical, and charming. The outdoor setup is great too. Hosts were super welcoming and responded quickly to questions. Loved the location, right near downtown, the beach, and lots of conveniences. If you think the listing looks good - it's even better!

Wonderful!
Had a wonderful experience staying at this tiny house. The thoughtful details with decorating and functionality were so appreciated. All the essentials were there! The binder full of recommendations by the hosts became my bible for my short stay. The location was superb, walkable to most everything in downtown Encinitas including moonlight beach. I didn’t want to leave! Marianne and Doug were a pleasure to correspond with and meet. Would absolutely stay here again!

This location is truly a gem. You feel like you are on your own property and have plenty of space and privacy. The care and attention to detail of the property owners is supremely evident. 100% this will be my go to place if I am ever in Encinitas again.

Hidden Gem!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This "tiny" home offered plenty and then some! The indoor space was pristine and cozy, complemented by a beautiful and spacious outdoor retreat. We also appreciated the decor with thoughtful pieces spread throughout the property. To top it off, the owners (Marianne & Doug) were friendly, responsive, and easy-going. Without a doubt, would stay here again!

Perfect Little House!
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. We especially enjoyed the outdoor dining area and fire pit with comfortable rocking lounge chairs. We even tried a few puts on the putting green! the property was immaculate and they thought of everything. Even the ironing board and iron were conveniently stored behind the bathroom mirror. Great lighting all around the paths and property so it was easy to spend a lot of time outdoors. Bed was very comfortable, great and plentiful towels and the location cant be beat! Check out Moonlight beach (the host provides beach towels, cooler, chairs and umbrella)!

Nice tiny home with good grounds
Wife and I stayed here. Everything was clean and as presented online. Property managers were very friendly. Only gripe is that I have chronic back pain and the bed was rough. Really could use a box spring. My wife doesn't usually have back pain, but she was even a little tight. Hate to even mention this because everything else was great. Other than that, the property is perfect for a nice get away. The putting green was cool, shower was nice, everything was well maintained, very private, and the owners couldn't be nicer.

Fantastic stay, couldn't have picked a more perfect location, waking distance to great restaurants and moonlight beach. The house had everything we could possibly need, with a fabulous outdoor area and outdoor shower.

Tiny little house is the most relaxing stay you could ever imagine.
The property is in pristine condition. Your stay will be very peaceful and private. Moonlight Beach is walking distance. Restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. The hosts are the mostest. You will not find more kinder and gentler people. We highly recommend this place to stay.

Encinitas Hideaway
We’re a young couple in our 60s and we surely enjoyed our stay at the tiny house short bike ride to everywhere up and down highway 101. The host Doug was very pleasant. Always asked if we needed anything. You gotta stay here, and see it to believe it for yourself. I’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful Tiny House, Great Hosts
We had a wonderful stay and Doug and Marianne's meticulously clean and well designed Tiny House. They have thought of everything for their guests' comfort, including leaving a wagon at the parking spot for transporting goods and luggage to the house. We accidentally left some hiking poles in the unit, and they have bent over backwards to figure out how to mail them back to us economically. Communication was great throughout. We would highly recommend this spot for anyone staying in the greater San Diego area. Thank you Marianne and Doug!

The most perfect getaway
Tiny house was absolutely perfect, Marianne and Douglas gave us the ability to drop our bags before official check in which was so helpful! The house itself was incredibly clean and had anything you could want, the outside area was our favorite part to sit and have a drink before we made our way downtown which was only a short walking distance, we utilized the bikes to get to the beach as well! The city itself was so beautiful we can’t wait to go back

The owners thought of absolutely everything in this beautiful, immaculate tiny home! The grounds were equally amazing and so well cared for. Bikes, outdoor games and boogie boards were a great touch and fun to use. Close to the ocean and town- great location! We will definitely be back!

A Cozy Piece of Heaven!
What a comfortable and fun treasure to stay in! I felt so at home with a very cozy bed and the outdoor fire pit. The tiny home was so well organized and laid out with everything needed (the bikes were fun to ride to the beach as well!). The outdoor area was phenomenal for comfort and sitting around talking, drinking coffee. I would've been content just hung out there for days! Thanks so much for sharing your home! We might have to downsize soon (lol!).

perfect place to stay in Encinitas
Really nicely appointed "tiny house" with a fabulous outdoor space. The interior is like living on a boat, but with ten foot ceilings! I can't speak for large people, but for average size folk this worked out great. Easy walk to beach and the bikes (beach cruisers with gears) worked well. Encinitas has a nice beach and great restaurants and shopping. Coaster Train station is a ten minute walk.

Lovely little place
The tiny home is a wonderful place! The attention to detail and the layout of the house were amazing. Every space within the home is expertly designed for storage, bedding, etc and the outside area with chairs, firepit, table/umbrella make this a very enjoyable place to stay. The home is within a 10 minute walk to downtown Encinitas and moonlight beach. There is also a nice park with pickleball courts with a two minute walk. Doug and Marianne are very nice and interesting to talk with. We will definitely stay here again when our travels take us back to the area.
