“The house was clean, comfortable, and charming!”

“Beautiful home but the property is where it is at. Absolutely gorgeous. We really appreciate the extra towels and comfy beds. Kids had a blast in the bunk room with some AM cartoons while the adults shook over hangovers. Pool super cool. Only drawback is there were some lights we did not know how to turn on. Didn't ask though, property manager was great keeping us informed and answering questions. thinking about coming back next year!”

“This was a fantastic place to stay. We were in town for a concert and there was plenty of room for 3 adults and a teen. This property is beautiful. We loved feeding the ducks!! It’s very quiet there also. The inside of the home is dated but didn’t bother us a bit!! It was very cozy and welcoming. ”

“I booked this property for the groomsman party of my friend’s wedding and it was great. There was plenty of space for us all to be comfortable and get ready for the wedding. The wedding venue, Owl Ridge, was only 5 minutes away. A coffee shop was also in walking distance. Communication with the host was very efficient and simple. It was a great weekend”

“The house and property gave us a peaceful and restful vibe - nice after 2 days of interstate driving. Everything you could need was provided. We enjoyed eating on the dock by the water - watching a Little Green heron, squirrels and chipmunks, birds, and even 2 goats trimming the grass on a nearby stretch of land between ponds!”

“I can completely see the vision for this and the potential, but it was not at all ready to be rented. I would state that at a minimum it is a home insurance nightmare waiting to happen - open railings from an old deck that used to exist for an above-ground pool, outbuildings packed so full of stuff that the doors can't be closed, old construction material piled up in multiple areas of the property, and a house that smelled so badly of old cigarette smoke that it would immediately send an...
