“The property was perfect for what we were looking for. Cottage was small but We were only staying for a few days our intent was to be on the beach not in the room so it worked well for us. ”

“We normally stay with a family member in the same condos. The condo was sold so they were moved to a one bedroom. We booked in mid January. The room was clean. The mattress on the Murphy bed could definitely be upgraded. The bathroom was comfortable for use. Definitely needs a mat in tub so nobody slips. The water adjustment in the shower takes a little bit to fine tune. The storage is good for your personal belongings. I like this area because it is close to great shopping and awesome...

“Everything was perfect!! Condo was completely updated furniture, flooring, kitchen, baths, washer dryer etc. The condo was maybe a minute walk to beach where they had a bar that had food also. La Lagniappe restaurant was also a minute walk located on the grounds and the food was awesome as always. I took advantage of the Water Taxi that picked me up and took me out each night anywhere I wanted to go on the Destin Harbor. Most places I stay in Destin you are either on the bay or on the beach. “The property location is great; access to the beach was close and very quiet at all times of the day. Improvements: new/ better beds would be great and help sleeping at night and a much larger TV too.”

“The rental is small—but you must already know that if you’re booking a studio condo. There are no frills—be prepared to buy toilet paper, salt and pepper and basic necessities. But this was clearly advertised and it definitely met our needs. The beach was gorgeous and steps away and the pool was a wonderful way to unwind after the beach. “The upstairs neighbor was awful. They moved furniture or slide thing across the floor all day and late into the night just awful”
