“We knew this was going to be a good stay based on the reviews and pictures but our actual expsrience surpassed our expectations. Adam is a one of a kind host. He was communicating with us the whole time from the time we landed at san juan till we arrived at his home. “This place had everything and then some. Close to ferry and we went to Culebra for the day. Also went to El Yunque an explored the area. The host was very responsive. Felt like home. Neighborhood was very quiet! We had a great stay.”

“Condo was great. Area was so green and well kept. Very secure and safe gated community. Nice bedrooms, beds were very comfortable. AC kept the place nice and cold. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Views from the condo were awesome! Just steps to the beach. Jay was amazing, more than willing to go out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Overall stay was great and will definitely recommend and consider returning for another stay in future. Pros: Large home with lots of space and room for 2 families of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids each) to spread out. Loved the location, gated community, ocean view, pool, & available laundry. Manuel (the host) was friendly and easy to communicate with. Cons: For our 10 day stay, it was not ideal having to live out of suitcases since there were no available drawers to unpack luggage. Not a big deal...

“The property was GORGEOUS and spacious! It had all amenities available that we needed and the host was always available for any questions!”

“The Host was amazing very helpful and attentive. We did have a couple issues and he resolved them right away. The location is wonderful! There were multiple families staying nearby that traveled with us and all visited this property during our stay wished they booked it. I highly recommend, clean, comfortable and spectacular views! ”

“Aida is an amazing host who provided generous care to my family and I during our stay. The house is great and equipped with cold A/C. One thing to note about the property is DO NOT SWIM in the beach. Not only are there plenty of rocks but the current is way too strong to swim in — even for experienced swimmers. Drive to another beach if you’re going to swim. ”
