Check in was a breeze and the kitchen equipment was everything a cook would need. There is a dishwasher, a fridge with ice water and ice, the water tasted just fine.Just a few minor things: this home is still a work in progress outside, there were stakes out in the side yard, as well as some construction stuff. I was surprised that the bed sheets were pilly on our king bed. The Kitchen stools are too low for the kitchen breakfast bar. A man and woman came by, apologized they thought I was the home owner there. There was a package delivery that I put in the house.The house is new, the layout perfect for our stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Exceeded expectations!

Very nice home. Well stocked kitchen and game room for family fun. Good location, close to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor but far enough away from the crowds when you were done for the day.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house looks just like the pictures and is beautiful, clean and feels luxurious. The little extra touches were really appreciated, like the built in fridge water and ice machine, the hangers and laundry baskets, the spacious closets, the little starter pack of soaps. The air conditioning was on when we arrived and kept the home cool. We would have appreciated a blanket for the trundle bed and window shades in the bathroom. We just covered the window with a garbage bag. We never ended up finding access to the lake, it could be we were supposed to go through the forest. We were close to Acadia and that’s all we wanted so it worked out great location wise. The firepit for bonfires was really enjoyable with the little lights and 4 chairs. The game table was really fun for the kids. Overall we were really happy here and would definitely come back again.

Winter trip

The house is really comfortable and very clean. The winter nights we spent there were so quiet!! All we could hear was the owls... It was a great getaway, and I can't say enough about the management team, Justin in particular, and his responsiveness to our needs! Highly recommend if you're looking for a comfortable home and some solitude.

Traveling for work

We have had a wonderful stay. Being out of Ellsworth a ways so it is private and quiet and yet close enough to town that it is no big deal to get groceries or discover is great. The lake is nearby which we are excited to see. Our stay has been in the winter and the road and drive have been plowed consistently, so we have not had a worry to getting out. The house is nice and we appreciate the room to move outside as well. This has been a blessing for our traveling family. We 100% would reccomend!
