“I stayed at this property for several days wow I was in town helping my daughter move out of her student housing for the summer. It only took me seven minutes to get back-and-forth to the University of Miami- ideal! The place is just perfect for one or two people. My daughter ended up staying with me at the second half of the week. It’s so close to restaurants and shops and we took advantage of walking around too many places. The yard is like a mini oasis with places to sit and drink your coffee...

This house was in a great area if you're looking to stay in lush Coconut Grove/Coral Gables area within a short drive to Main Hwy shops and restaurants and Shops at Merrick Park. The house was nicely staged and was spacious but it was clearly old and was in disrepair.
