“If you just LOVE chain hotels, avoid this place. It’s got charm, good location, character, and a real Inn Keeper. All the wonderful things chain hotels lack. It’s anything but cookie cutter. ”

“Overall great experience! The staff are really kind and helpful. Only issue we had was the walls being really thin so we could hear everything from the room beside us. The tv is kind of small and hard to watch. Everything else was great. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Iris Hotel Cape Cod. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to downtown Falmouth. One of the best parts was the free breakfast — we didn’t expect it, so it was a nice surprise! The indoor pool was also a big plus, especially when the weather wasn’t perfect. Overall, the staff was friendly, the room was nice, and everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The inn was fine for our purpose to be close to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Room was very nice. Pillows were flat which is a big no no for me. Could hear someone snoring in the house. Situated on a very busy road but the inn has a fabulous bike path right in the back yard.”
