First, I would like to thank the owner for their hospitality and providing us with a discount as me & my family laid my Auntie to rest. Things got worst later, I was contacted by the owner that our guess had to leave, we were having a repass were we get together and feed the family, no party no disruptions at all. The owner tried to threaten me by calling the police, but once I told him the police is already here, my cousin is the sergeant of the police department, and no disruptions were going on and the street parking is city property, but he demand that I reduce the amount of people or he would lock me out the property and won't get a refund. I felt like that was very rude and inconsiderate our guess was not sleeping over we abide by the rules of maximum number of 9 to sleep in the house, we travel from all over NJ, Charlotte, Baltimore, DC and was treated like this in the time of mourning a family member. I feel like if the owner is going to let their neighbors run his home, then they need to not be a part of VRBO, the owner has cameras all around outside the house they can clearly see no disruptions or laws were broken, the street was not blocked because the segreant of police made sure of that nobody owns the street but the city. I did ask everyone to leave, and we continue eating at the sergeant's house, a few blocks away and the neighbors were very nice about us parking on the city streets.
