Mouse in the Kitchen!
Our first night at the house, we had a mouse running throughout the kitchen. We thought we were seeing things at first, but there were 4 or 5 more times where the mouse darted behind the cabinets and across the floor.
We understand these things can happen, so we contacted Vacasa to help with the situation. They have a 24/7 team to respond to the messages, but no ability to take action after that. They "created a ticket" the first night, and passed it on to the "local team." I never received a call/text the next day. I reached out again, and received the same run-around with nobody coming to help. We were tiptoeing around the house the entire rest of the stay.
After we left, I reached out again to see if anything could be done to make the situation right. I once again spoke with someone at a national level, who said they were reaching out to the "local team." I still have not received any other communication.
Future guests beware of surprise guests in the kitchen!!
