El Prado Casita
This Casita photographs better than it is. It is an historic home. The Add ones expand the casita to 3 bedrooms, kitchen, and bath but from there things are not well maintained. The kitchen drawers are broken, the dishwasher pulls out of its place when the door is opened. The bathroom fan is so loud and ineffective. The bathroom has an odor that appears to be coming from the septic tank.
The Mountain View may be true but only visible from one spot on the property and you also get the view of the neighbors junked cars in their yard.
The beds were comfortable but the Wi-Fi is extremely weak and cell phone reception is poor. The highway noise i another negative.
The property is managed by Vacasa. The rental fees will double the rate/cost listed on VRBO.
