“I was really surprised at how great if a location this is. I was prepared for traffic since it was a weekend in the Summer, but it seemed like we always ended up going against traffic. We didn't have any problems finding parking either.”

“Charming, cozy, and just like the photos—this downstairs cottage was clean, comfortable, and warmly inviting. The layout is efficient, with a well-equipped kitchen, large dining table, and an incredibly comfortable living area perfect for relaxing, especially with the lush courtyard doors open. The host was responsive and helpful. A few suggestions: the beds could be more comfortable, kitchen utensils feel pieced together over time, and small amenities like tissues, lotion, and extra supplies...

“Clean, well appointed, and a great location for what I enjoy (I spent several hours watching all the colorful sail boats and kite surfers in the bay). An actual walker’s paradise, that felt very safe and secure to me. It was a great choice for a relaxing, laid back, restful week in San Diego. Lots of local restaurants and markets to pack and take meals/snacks to the beaches or wherever the day may take you. ”

“Beautiful ground floor apartment with private patio; amenities and special touches made our stay delightful. We never heard footfalls or voices from the owners upstairs after 9 pm. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely; a car is needed to access beaches, attractions and restaurants. ”
