The Flats on Church Street son los alquileres de vacaciones más nuevos y modernos del condado de Door. ¡Se acabaron los días del kitsch y el encaje!



Los apartamentos fueron diseñados por Johnsen Schmaling Architects de Milwaukee, teniendo en cuenta al viajero moderno. Cada apartamento de 500 pies cuadrados cuenta con 1 dormitorio, 1 baño y una cocina completa. Grandes ventanales llaman su atención hacia su patio privado. A poca distancia a pie se encuentra Egg Harbor y las numerosas tiendas, restaurantes y bares que ofrece.



Los Flats fueron diseñados pensando en el viajero moderno y para aprovechar al máximo 500sf. El dormitorio cuenta con una cama king size. El baño tiene una hermosa ducha de azulejos con accesorios modernos de alta gama. La cocina cuenta con una estufa de inducción, refrigerador, lavaplatos, microondas, cafetera y todas las comodidades necesarias para preparar una comida. Tendrás acceso a un apartamento completo con entrada privada. Nos enorgullecemos de crear una experiencia automatizada y sin interrupciones siempre que sea posible. La construcción está completa y estamos dando la bienvenida a nuestros primeros hu��spedes en junio de 2019.  Tenemos más de 800 revisiones de Airbnb, la propiedad está diseñada por un arquitecto de clase mundial y está siendo construida por un gran constructor del Condado de Door.



Egg Harbor es la ciudad del condado de Door que actualmente tiene la mayor "emoción". Es la primera parada cuando te diriges a HWY 42. Hemos tenido un montón de excelentes opciones para comer, incluyendo Parador, durante años. 2018 fue un gran año en el que se inauguró Hatch Distillery y se trasladó el restaurante Fireside de Ellison Bay. 2019 promete ser el año más grande con la apertura de la cantina de One Barrel Brewing junto con la ubicación de la tercera península de Wild Tomato Pizza. Modern Classic in Historic Door County Village
We loved staying at this future landmark! This is not a frilly B&B nor a musty knotty pine shack. Think Mies van der Rohe designs a cottage. Great minimalist modern design. Clean and very comfortable. Loved having a private patio to enjoy a morning cup of coffee (provided!). plentiful towels in sleek bathroom. If you are forced to begin two teens with you...let them sleep in the giant king bed. The sofa bed is very comfortable for couples. Great location walkable to our new favorite coffee shop - Cupola Cafe, and all the egg harbor shops and restaurants. Fish Creek and all of the great outdoors just a 10 minute drive away I want to live In one of these flats! Looking forward to returning soon.

Great location, Great vacation rental!
We enjoyed our stay at The Flats! The proximity to the shops and restaurants in Egg Harbor was great. The vacation rental was very clean, homey, and had all the amenities you need. It had a very modern vibe which we liked. Very easy check in process and even recommendations for things to do in Door County which we appreciated. Highly recommend staying here and we definitely will stay here again!

Great Little Place
Unique one bedroom suite with all the. Comforts if home! Very modern in minimalist in design but functions extremely well! Our stay was just for 3 nights but would have been just as comfortable if it had been a week! Location in Egg Harbor, WI is absolutely ideal!

Perfect place for us!
We stayed one night and loved this place! We actually went out of our way to stay here because we were looking for something unique and special! Our kids thought it was awesome! The huge windows were super cool. I appreciated the info provided by the hosts prior to our stay. It was easy to find all the details we needed! I'd absolutely travel out of the way to stay at this place again next time we are in Wisconsin.

Awesome Place!
This was our first time staying at a rental through VRBO. The process of purchasing was very smooth. We liked the keyless entry and not having to worry about remembering a key as we came and went. The place was very, very clean. We stayed here for a short getaway for our ten year anniversary and the location was nice and a short drive away from different restaurants and breweries that we went to. If we are in the area in the future we would pick this rental again.

While not a large space, it was very well laid out. The flooring was all cement, but with the in-floor heating it was very comfortable, easy to walk around without shoes. Access in was very easy and it is easily walkable to downtown Egg Harbor.

Great and simple
Great location and everything was modern and clean. We enjoy staying at new places every time we are in door county and we enjoy going 2-3 times a year. Highly recommend this place if you like a quiet and cozy place. Enjoyed doing a fire outside on the patio.

Nice space, great location
A perfect spot for our 3 nights in Door County. Just right for the two of us. Clean, cozy, and quiet. Walking distance to the market and downtown dining. Having the door code lock system, eliminating the need to worry about losing the keys was a plus. The only nit-picky things I could offer is it would be nice if the mini fridge had a freezer compartment for ice cubes. Also, having windows in the bedroom that opened would be nice so we could sleep with some fresh air circulating. Other than that, great space. Would be happy to stay here again.

Great Stay
We stayed here for 2 nights as we were racing the Door County Triathlon. This is close to the race venue, and close enough to downtown Egg Harbor to walk to restaurants and shops. Parking was easy and close to haul our things inside. Pros: comfy beds, great shower, ample outdoor space on patio to eat dinner or enjoy the weather, pull out couch for our daughter, coffee pot, dishwasher. Great communication from hosts. Email a few days before with codes, email day of with further check in info, and email day before checkout. There were QR codes in the unit that gained us access to the house manual. We could really want for nothing more. Cons ( and that's even too strong of a word ;)): no oven, just 2 induction cook top burners. There is a toaster oven, but if you wanted to eat something before the race, you would need to plan accordingly. We heated up our pasta dinner on the cooktop-no big deal. In the listing, there is a photo of a Keurig coffeemaker. There was a 4 cup coffee pot, and no Keurig. Again, no big deal, but plan accordingly. Overall, an amazing stay. We'll be back. I hate to even say how great it was because we'd like to keep this our little secret 😀

Fantastic Experience
What a unique place! Modern design, all new appliances & furnishings, very clean, quaint, private, and best of all no surprises! The communications from the owner were excellent before, during and after our stay. The only note I would pass on would be the mattress is extremely hard and sagged in the middle. A great place to spend a few nights away from home in Door County, would recommend without hesitation!

Three clergy women taking in 20 hours of Door County. Location was great to walk to main street and all the shops and restaurants. It was fantastic to experience minimalist lodging that had all we me needed. Highly recommend and will be back.
