“The property is located in a very convenient location; walking distance from the downtown area and the beach. We appreciated that there was a reserved parking space available for us off of the street and that the property was secure and safe for families. ”

“This beautiful unit features what seems to be a newly renovated apartment. The kitchen has great appliances that are well taken care of and maintained. This property doesnt have travel necessities like shampoo, bath soap and a hair dryer, but they provide fresh towels, extra blankets and pillows. And Walmart is just 2 exits away. The location was so convenient that you could walk everywhere. We drove in so we had a car but we didnt need it. We hope to stay here again!”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our week with our grandkids at your condo. Now a Tradition!! Perfectly situated for morning beach walk to donuts or cinnamon rolls and playtime on the beach! The Condo is well equipped...Thank You!! But could use a few more potholders in the kitchen and hooks for towels in the bathroom with the shower. Thank You again for memories made!!”

“We had an amazing time at this residence, it was the perfect little getaway place! I liked how close it was to the Embarcadero shops and restaurants, and easy to get to the Morro Bay Rock. The place was clean, had all the basic amenities in the kitchen, bath and bedrooms. We also appreciated the recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and recreation from our host - it made it so much easier to find good restaurants. We'd stay here again for sure if we're up this way again. Thank you!!”

“We loved this property. Stacia was amazing and responsive. It's close to everything downtown. The property is cool and modern. Parking is close. The beds are comfortable and it has a full kitchen. I was aware of the noise issue from other reviews. It's real, but if you don't mind that, the property is perfect in every other way. We found that a good white noise machine and some earplugs solved both bar and street noise.”

“Really close to San Luis Obispo-17-20 minutes, out in the quiet countryside, very private and beautiful. Accommodations were new, clean and excellent. We would definitely return!”
