Plenty of items in the kitchen if you plan to do your own cooking instead of constantly eating out. I brought a pan just in case and I did not need it. Plenty of extra "real" plates and bowls and glasses so you don't need disposables . There is even a second fridge for leftover pizza boxes and extra drinks! Lots of extra towels and sheets. One of the coolest features is that there is a door that closes off the kitchen dining area from the living area, which is nice if you've got some people that want to sleep or have quiet time (like toddlers taking naps), and other people that might be a little louder or talking. Porch overlooking the lake is really nice. Fire pit in the back overlooking the lake can't be beat. If it's cold, the heater is nice and warm, and the hot water gets pretty hot (but be careful with toddlers around the hot water). There is a park for the kids in literal walking distance. Nothing really bad to say, other than the lvp flooring type had a texture that seemed to hold in dirt and there are really no area rugs, so you might want to bring slippers.
