“My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. ”

“Stayed three nights. Most interesting VRBO location - right on the grounds of an arts collective at the site of historic monumental grounds. Saw sunrises and sunsets - 360 degree views of the city. Walking distance to everything -from Waverly Station, Hollyrood Palace, Royal Mile, to the Castle. ”

“The location and accommodations cannot be beat. Located on the 18th hole of East Berwick, just a 3 minute walk to the first tee and about a 5 minute walk to town. The house was well equipped and very clean. The bedrooms had plenty of space. Would recommend for a larger group on holiday or a group of 4-6 golfers. ”

“The guest house was exceptionally comfortable and well suited for my stay of 7 days (and would have been well suited for any length of time). The kitchen had everything I would have hoped for as far as being able to prepare my own meals. Dalkeith and environs have lovely parks and I thoroughly enjoyed the discoveries I made of wooded walks and history. I wondered if I would regret not renting a car.
