“This was a wonderful place, and Wayne was a wonderful host. He had a cheese plate awaiting us for our anniversary and was always quick to reply and suggest activities around town. The apartment was small and cozy, just as described. The bed was pretty soft, but I like it that way. We felt safe here day or night out walking from the Metro Station that was a little over 500 feet away and VERY CONVIENENT! Overall A++”

“We had never visited Annapolis before, but my husband found this on VRBO, and it was everything it advertised. Super central location; steps from the state house; a very short walk to the waterfront; and not a terribly long walk to the Eastport neighborhood. The apartment is small but comfortable, and we enjoyed the nice touches like toiletries, water bottles, snacks and two splits of chilled prosecco in the fridge! Annapolis was a fun town to explore and if we go back, I’d stay here again.”

“I’m not sure how to rate this, as I didn’t actually stay there. When we pulled up to the property, my Uber driver expressed reservations about leaving me there and ultimately said he just couldn’t do it. He said the area was incredibly unsafe and then drove me the half hour back to city center free of charge. When I reached out to the owner and express that has a woman traveling on my own, I was too scared to stay there, Asking if I could at least get a discount. He was very curt and unhelpful....
