“Great scenic location on Lake Pontchartrain, Slidell was a pleasant surprise to us out of towners, would have considered spending more time in town of we didn’t have such a packed weekend. Not too bad of a drive into New Orleans, but if using ride/share car service just know to look ahead at pricing and budget accordingly.Very spacious, great kitchen amenities and a nice pool. “I stayed at this location for 3 nights and it was absolutely a great experience. It is a very spacious beautiful home. My favorite area was the back yard deck and the pool area. We were able to barbecue and they had plenty of games like Jenga, etc. for us to enjoy. The kitchen is upstairs but it is equipped with plenty of kitchen gadgets and seasonings. The check -in and out process was very easy and the host communicated very well if we needed anything. Overall, I would recommend this location...
