“Overall the Malmaison was a nice hotel, but I wa misinformed about the Cra Parking arrangemets. Being partially deaf, the lady on reception told me to park in the large Car Park next to McDonalds. I did this but on the Ground Floor. A day later I spoke to another member of staff about the parking and was advised that FREE Parking was only on Floor 6 of the Car Park. I moved my car immediately and I am hoping I will not get a Car Parking Fine.”

“Lots of unnecessary emails beforehand and every email seemed to be duplicated ! Then received conflicting messages regarding the door lock codes. Otherwise our stay was OK.”

“It is a weird place the entrance to the hotel is that of a pub/disco club but you can access to the hotel itself only with your room key. Staff is really nice and helpful. On Friday night we had a room on the 4th floor not to hear the noise but it is fun. Rooms small but comfortable bed and with everything you need. Mirrors on the bathroom heated so they don’t get foggy (a touch of class we thought) Abundant and nice breakfast. Excellent quality/price when in Brighton will definitely book back...
