“距離越後湯澤站很近，雪地走路約8分鐘，附近有燒烤店，便利商店，很是便利，但吃飯的服務品質沒有很好，很制式，沒人情味，可能是距離車站很近的優勢不缺訂房客人。第一次遇到高級溫泉飯店行李要自己拿回房間的，還有到飯店大廳要拖鞋，並且自行拿去有鑰匙的鞋櫃放，行李進大廳輪子會被擦拭，但第一次遇到高級溫泉飯店，行李輪子根本有擦跟沒擦一樣髒，飯店因為生意太好，在服務上，或是交談上都相當冷漠且制式化，門口的換鞋位置太小，經常換好鞋還會被趕讓位，唯一可讚美的就是房內的浴室跟公共泡湯池很不錯，但公共泡湯的消毒水味道還滿重的。”

“It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. ”

“這裡是一間感覺就很舒適的郊區民宿，我當初是因為趕著在出發前一個星期訂的，所以這裡距離新幹線車站比較遠，但是大大降低我的預算相較於大火車站附近。 外觀看起來就是很大的日式深山家庭的樣子，房間不多，我猜是6間吧。 一進去主人就馬上解釋哪裡放雪靴，滑板與各項設施。 這裡有大客廳讓客人去使用，雖然很冷，但是電熱毯桌子好舒服，在那裡吃了小7買的需微波晚餐，還有熱水泡茶，大電視看日本綜藝節目，哈 沒想到還有公眾浴池，很棒啊以民宿來說!可以一次泡四個人的溫泉喔 早餐很營養豐富，因為主人家也會吃，所以食材不馬虎喔！請看我的照片嘍 雖然遠離各地，但是主人會馬上問你隔天行程，去哪滑雪，何時載你去與回來，其實沒啥交通問題只要你都想好，照時間表走就好。 適合最多到四個人來住，開車更好，都有位子停，白天外面的精緻很美啊！”

“This is an exceptional ryokan. Only three rooms but very large rooms with a sunroom with "western style" chairs for those of us who aren't as limber as we used to be. “I had a wonderful stay at this Japanese hotel! The tatami room was incredibly comfortable, creating a cozy and authentic atmosphere. The outdoor onsen was fabulous, providing a perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. The breakfast/ dinner included were delicious and truly added to the experience. “石打丸山スキー場に家族で行くために２泊させていただきました。 サンライズエキスプレスのすぐ近くにあることは、前から知っており、家族で泊まりました。 場所はリフトの目の前で最高です。石打丸山の駐車場料金も半分キャッシュバックしてくれました。 部屋は綺麗に掃除されており快適でした。他の宿泊者が廊下を歩いたりする音は聞こえますが、私は気にはなりませんでしたし、ある程度は仕方ないと思います。 他の部屋で騒いだりしたらうるさくは感じるかもしれませんが、幸い宿泊した日程は静かに過ごすことができました。 お風呂は近くの温泉を利用しましたので、こちらのお風呂は使っていませんが、混雑している感じはなかったので、空いている時間に入れば快適かと思います。 従業員の方も丁寧に接客してくださってありがとうござしいました。ご家族で経営なさっているのでしょうか小さい子も手伝っているようでした。 また機会があれば是非利用させてください。”
