“Rose Cottage had a small fridge but it was generously stocked for breakfast items for the 6 nights of our stay. Location is good. There was pet hair and pet odour on the sofa which we cleaned. The pillow protectors and pillows were stained and not very comfortable. Spa was good. Television was very small and not all channels could be received due to its age. An extra towel rail in the bathroom would have been handy given extra towels used for the spa and for swimming nearby. Rose Cottage...

“Our stay at Soumah wines was literally a little piece of heaven on earth. Feel so very fortunate to have stayed there. Just stunning. Everything was amazing. The villa, the views, the wines. Went for lunch on the Sunday too and it was delicious and the staff just wonderful. Made us feel so welcome. I really cannot recommend Soumah wines enough. It was devine from start to end. I just hope to be able to come back. ”

“A beautiful old home for catching up with family. Plenty of room, privacy and so close to the centre of town. The towering trees, gardenia bushes encircling the house and the picturesque old home made it a great stay. The choice of 2 very adequate bathrooms and decent sized kitchen was very much appreciated as well as the comfortable bedrooms.Well worth the stay.Thank you .”

“I stayed here after my wedding night, the check in could be a lot better as we did not receive the key code and had to stand outside the property at 11pm calling for the code, other than that it was a beautiful cottage, great views and peaceful. The drive way is extremely steep so a sedan might struggle. ”
