Lujoso apartamento de 2 dormitorios con baño ubicado en una urbanización cerrada con estacionamiento asignado.

Si está buscando un buen lugar para hospedarse con increíbles vistas a la playa, donde puede descansar y relajarse, ¡es esto!

Este apartamento diseñado en casa desde el interior es muy espacioso y tiene una sala de estar de planta abierta. El dormitorio principal tiene increíbles vistas al mar y acceso a una larga terraza que también atraviesa la sala de estar. Este sería un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de comidas al aire libre con magníficas vistas de la playa y el mar.
Además, puede sentarse y disfrutar de las vistas desde la sala de estar de planta abierta.
Hay WiFi, televisión de pantalla plana con un montón de libros en DVD de Netflix y todas las demás comodidades que usted esperaría.

Hay espacio de almacenamiento adicional en el pasillo para su uso y tenemos sillas de playa plegables para que las lleve a la playa.
La cocina moderna está completamente equipada con todos los elementos esenciales que necesitará para unas vacaciones fáciles y tiene una amplia área de cocina.
El comedor tiene capacidad para 2-6 personas cómodamente y es ideal para entretener a parejas o familias.

El apartamento está a 5 minutos a pie del puerto deportivo, que tiene una serie de excelentes restaurantes y bares. Cerca del puerto deportivo hay un gran complejo comercial, supermercados y cosas así.
Beachy Head está a 15 minutos y Brighton y Hastings están a 30 minutos en coche. Pevensey Bay está a 5 minutos en coche y está en la historia. Aquí es donde aterrizó William the Conqueror en 1066.
El castillo de Pevensey está en el camino.
El muelle de Eastbourne está a 10 minutos.

el dormitorio principal tiene una bonita ducha en suite y un balcón con vistas a la playa y al mar. magníficas vistas para despertar también. persianas de plantación para esa sensación de playa y privacidad si es necesario. tiene una amplia cama doble y espacio de almacenamiento.

El segundo dormitorio tiene un baño grande al que también se puede acceder desde el pasillo. el dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales que se pueden convertir en una cremallera y una cama king size si es necesario y tiene un gran armario empotrado y un niño alto que también alberga un gran espejo de tocador. Una vez más las contraventanas de plantación para esa vibra de playa y privacidad si es necesario. La habitación también tiene un balcón juliette.
El apartamento también tiene un sofá cama doble para huéspedes adicionales.
Suministramos ropa de cama fresca, toallas y artículos de aseo orgánicos,
Té, café, azúcar y leche para cuando llegues.

Disappointed
All in all, we didn't feel this was a "luxury" property by any means. For a start, the host should have made sure all was well before our arrival, especially the shower-room window which gapes at the hinged edge and lets in gales. There were several other maintenance issues too. Not only that but the shower cubicle is tiny, there is no grill pan and the cutlery is cheap. On arrival, you have to work out which key is which and how many floors to go up to find where the flat is - no details were supplied. Location-wise it was great. The path on the beach is an excellent feature, if you don't mind people constantly passing your lounge window, and the amenities of Sovereign Harbour are easily within walking distance. What a pity the flat did not live up to expectations.

Beautiful views
We had a lovely few days helped by amazing weather which made sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise and set over the sea an incredible sight. The restaurants/bar at the harbour were a nice walk along the beach path, and Eastbourne itself an easy distance away. Very pleasant break..thanks!

Comfortable accomodation in good location
The accomodation was comfortable but was lacking the luxury element due to a lack of amenities in the kitchen/dining space as well as a lack of toiletries, which were not organic as listed. The TVs were difficult to use and I had to login to my Netflix account to access the service. The property was well decorated with good views but it didn't feel as luxury as expected. Staying in the second room with two singles which didn't attach easily, I decided to sleep on the sofa bed which was a more comfortable option. The owner maintained good communication with us throughout.

Seafront luxury
This is the third time we have stayed in this lovely bright and clean apartment. The location is great. Its nice and quiet, overlooking the sea, but just a short walk to Sovereign Harbour with its restaurants and shops. We'll look forward to our next visit!

Lovely Seaside Apartment
The apartment is bright and airy and overlooks the sea. It's well furnished and comfortable. As far as we were concerned it was ideally situated - near to the marina (a ten minute walk) for restaurants but far enough away from it to be quiet. The owner sent us plenty of useful recommendations beforehand and was very helpful. Really couldn't fault this accommodation and would certainly recommend it to others.

Luxury Apartment Overlooking the Sea
This property was absolutely lovely, everything looked new and it was immaculate and very clean. The views overlooking the sea were wonderful. It's a lovely place to stay for a quiet relaxing break. We'd love to visit again.

Fantastic
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Jane due to COVID restrictions but that didn’t impact on her warm welcome. The apartment was amazing, fully equipped and clean with amazing views. Ample information supplied and Jane made herself available to us throughout our stay. Our pooches enjoyed it too with a short walk to the sea and a lot of space to run around. Would definitely recommend Jane as a host and we look forward to being able to visit again next year. 😀❤️

Super flat with lovely view of the sea
We spent a wonderful week in this very comfortable, tastefully decorated and well-equipped flat in December. The communication with Jane and Jo before our travels was helpful and friendly and all went well on arrival with Jo there to meet us. As it was Christmas there was even a tree and a few decorations up, which was lovely and helped to make our Christmas Day perfect. The kitchen was also nicely equipped for us to make a roast with all the trimmings that day. The flat is situated directly by the sea and it was wonderful to wake up or sit in the lounge and look out onto the beach and water. The nearby harbour / marina with its restaurants, cafes and shops can be reached easily on foot so you do not always have to take a car everywhere. The parking space belonging to the flat is also of a good size for larger cars. We would certainly recommend this flat to anyone looking to spend a restful and enjoyable holiday by the sea. Thanks Jane and Jo for making our stay in your flat a very pleasant one.
